Hi guys,i have 3 vials of sus250 in 10ml per vial,im pinning 2xweekly 500mgs per week,next week im finishing my 2nd bottle already and i don't see or feel anything yet. Suspecting my gear is a fake.I posted the picture of my sus250 last time before i start pinning,people said its gtg,but after now i still see nth.
My Cals intake per day is around 3k
Whats happening?
If you are about to finish your 2nd vial and don't feel anything I'm going to assume its fake. Get some blood work done and see what your levels are, you will be able to plan accordingly based on that.
So your not seeing any increase in size or strength at all? Your about 9 weeks in....sorry to tell u I think it's fake. Maybe 4 weeks at most before u should start feeling it.

Too many variables here, how big are you? 3000 calories is a low intake to grow unles you are pretty small.
Thinking the same thing...and typically most new to lifting while on aas lift harder and longer.Quote:

Ok,heres what I eat everyday,
8.30am-oat meal
10.30am-rice fish/chicken breast/spinish
12pm-protein shake
2pm-rice,fish/chicken/beef
4pm-sometime tuna bread/rice and fish or chicken
7pm-I'll try to eat what I can find around my house,as clean as possible.
Before bed- protein shake again.
Should I up the dose? And finish thr last bottle and see how it goes.

Heres just a couple red flags 2 start with. Ur having a protien shake 4 lunch, & @ 7pm, ur scraping the bottom of the barrel 4 wut ever u can find round the house 2 eat ........Quote:
