    2nd Cycle.. Need Experienced Insight.

    Hi,

    I've been doing a ton of readying over the past few months trying to figure out the best components to run in my 2nd cycle. I'm starting to become cross eyed lol. There seem to be a lot of different ways to go.. Can anyone narrow down some possibilities for me..?

    --last cycle was great but I took a buddies advice in the gym who said eat.. Then eat.. Then eat some more!! Well put on lots of size. 212bs to 245lbs.. Bench went from 315lbs to 405 ect.

    -- I ran Sust 250 2x week. For 12 weeks.

    --26years old. 6'2" 225 bf(*not positive maybe 15-23%.) Lifting for 10years.

    -- looking not to put on to much size. I'm the type of guy that puts on weight easy but has hard time losing weight. (I boxed for 4 years.. Trained 2x day.. Running 25miles week.. Losing weight doesn't come easy).

    -- I'd like to maybe gain 10lbs at most.. My diet is now on point then ever before in my life. And become more vascular after my cycle!

    -- I did experience noticeable hair thinning. Would like to keep it.. But I assume I will go shaven again within the next two years.. But I can wait if possible lol.

    thats a ton of weight for 500/wk. Impressive. If even half of that was muscle then it was a good cycle. Take what you learned from that to apply it to this cycle as far as how to alter your eating to put on less "extra" weight.

    IMO, if you did that well on just sust @ 500/wk. I would just run 600/wk of basic Test E and with a cleaner diet see how it goes. No point adding compounds if this continues to work. Also very safe to counter with minimal extra items. A good AI like aromasin and you are ready to go (with PCT in hand of course)

    Ur gona hav 2 pin point that bro, that's almost a 10% difference, @ 1 end of the spectrum its OK 2 cycle & @ the other its not. Figure it out man.

    post a pic in the nutri forum and guys will tell you...and if you have trouble with weight then your diet needs checking, cause you said u do tons of cardio...I am in no way trying to dis you, I am just helping by saying check your diet...

    -- I stopped boxing last year before 1st cycle. I was at 14% before.. Obviously i put on a lot of size.. Kept most weight from cycle. Was walking around at about 238-242lbs 2-3 months after. Now I get about 45min 4x/week. And have gotten myself down to 225lbs. ** I will def get bf checked**

    -- I think I like the idea of 600-700 of Test Sust... I was going to eat clean about 2500 kcal.. Instead of 4000 kcal of good/bad like last cycle.

    -- I'm Planning to be 220lbs 15% bf before I start next cycle.

    ---- 1) what do you guys think of limiting carbs to 50-60g daily/ which is what I do now at most?

    --- 2) what about 20min cardio before workout and 40 min after? ( moderate intensity ex. Walking treadmill highest incline at 4.0/ Elliptical trainer/ light jog at 6.5 -7.5 ect..)?

    -- 3) what do you think of mayyyyybe using Clen /Tren /Winny, any one or combo? ** I've seen so many different opinions on these I can't keep em straight! Lol

    ----or any other advice would be much appreciated.

    ----or any other advice would be much appreciated.

    agreed with above.. and it is hard to maintain bf% when your bulking due to the high calorie intake, that is why many will lower bf even more before cycling...

    Yes sir,

    Was thinking Sust at 600-750/week & one of the compounds I listed above. Any insight knowing my situation/goals?

    Maybe Sust/Clen /winny for second?

    --unless you guys think otherwise?

    Clen . has never done anything 4 me that I wasn't able 2 accomplish naturally without it. Its over rated, dangerous , garbage IMO.

    I have never done clen but a ratio of 10/1 say its crap on this forum....whinny causes joint pain in many so if you start to experience this then discontinue...(my buddy runs it high with no pain, I ran it low with pain lol )

    I cant advise u on Tren, I've never used it. But i worry bout ur sustainable energy levels @ such a low carb intake.

    OP if I read correctly you plan on dropping body fat to 15% before starting cycle, correct? Then you want to run a 2 compound cycle but guessing on what to use. What's your goal while on cycle?

    you did so well on 500 of test, just raise the test and run that with a better diet than last time. You will see the results your want

    as for carbs, if you want to add some muscle, you will need the energy. 75g is barely 300 calories, you can lose more taking a crap

    -- Goal would be to not but on as much size as last cycle (gained 30lbs).. At most 10lbs.
    -- would like to decrease BF% while maintaining weight.
    -- become more vascular.

    like KP said.. Test only would be suitable to reach all of your goals. Diet will ultimately determine the results though.
    If you kept 30lbs off of test alone, why add another compound to achieve only 10lbs?
