Hi,

I've been doing a ton of readying over the past few months trying to figure out the best components to run in my 2nd cycle. I'm starting to become cross eyed lol. There seem to be a lot of different ways to go.. Can anyone narrow down some possibilities for me..?

--last cycle was great but I took a buddies advice in the gym who said eat.. Then eat.. Then eat some more!! Well put on lots of size. 212bs to 245lbs.. Bench went from 315lbs to 405 ect.

-- I ran Sust 250 2x week. For 12 weeks.

--26years old. 6'2" 225 bf(*not positive maybe 15-23%.) Lifting for 10years.

-- looking not to put on to much size. I'm the type of guy that puts on weight easy but has hard time losing weight. (I boxed for 4 years.. Trained 2x day.. Running 25miles week.. Losing weight doesn't come easy).

-- I'd like to maybe gain 10lbs at most.. My diet is now on point then ever before in my life. And become more vascular after my cycle!

-- I did experience noticeable hair thinning. Would like to keep it.. But I assume I will go shaven again within the next two years.. But I can wait if possible lol.
