    Cool Clen and ECA question

Hi guys, so here are my stats Age 18, 6.2ft , around 200 lbs, guesstimate 14% to 15% BF. Soon i am planning to cut down to 185-190 lbs, i've tried in the past ECA stacks, they worked quite well but i lost some muscle, my diet wasn't the best at the time (lack of protein), so i am thinking about giving a try to clen , it is a better fat burner after what i've heard and read, so here is my question, when you cut what do you have to do so you don't lose muscle but only fat (mostly), and if anyone has personal anecdotes about clen or ECA please share them. And also CLEN vs ECA which one is the Best and why?! Thanks

Sorry if i didn't post in the right section.

Honestly you are only looking to drop 10-15 lbs. You can surely do that without either.
That being said both are in fact muscle sparing.
My suggestion is to visit the nutrition resource forum and rely on a dietary strategy more so than either one of these 2 sustances to maximize fat loss with maximum muscle retention.
    Welcome to the board!

yes-niether one will cause muscle loss on its own and would help prevent it in a caloric deficit.
keto or carb cycle would both work well imo...
