hey guys im currently on a cutting cycle and its not going too well, ive adjusted my diet and while i can see myself loosing fat its not happening anywhere near as quickly as i would like and i sometimes wonder if im making any progress at all. I was wondering if any of you guys could recommend to me a good HIT training programme that i can do at the gym that wont interfere with my muscle recovery (im currently lifting every other day and am planning to do HIT on my rest days). My stats: 5 ft 9, 22, 190lb, 15% bf. Cycle: Tren E, Test E. I find that while i can handle being winded by the tren i get really bad shin pumps, coupled with the fact that i live in the middle of the english country side which is more of a freezing swamp this time of year i would prefer an HIT programme that does not involve too much running if possible and that i can do on a mat at the gym. Would be really interested to hear what has worked for you guys.
