New to Anabolics
Hey guys, im new so please go easy.
Im 20 years old, am 5'11, weigh 160 punds, have a bf% of 7%. I take in 2800 cals a day, roughly 170g of protein, roughly 2000 carb cals and ive been consistently weight training for 2 years. I will upgrade my diet when if i begin a cycle. My question was since i am a beginner, should i stack anything with trenbolone acetate which is the anabolic i have chosen, or should i only take tren itself?

Tren is an advanced steroid for advanced users, its sides arent to be taken lightly.
Your too light at the minute for AAS at 5'11 you should be able to push 190-200lbs natural
So my advice is head over to the diet section, get a solid bulking diet that you can stick too and train hard for a couple years.
Then you may be ready to run a first cycle which should be Test E or C only for 10-12 weeks.
Also most guys here dont recommend steroids until 25 for serious reasons, such as having a still developing HPTA, possibilty of prematurely fusing your growth plates, the list goes on.
But if your certain your using you need to research PCT.

There are so many things wrong here. I'm not trying to sound harsh but im just laying it out there.
Tren alone for anyone at anytime is a very bad idea
You will upgrade your diet if you cycle? Why would you wait? Why not upgrade it and make gains naturally
Your to young and can seriously damage your endocrine system
Your 5'11 and 160 and you feel you need the strongest more aggressive steroid to make gains?
Your best bet is to forget steroids . You are young and dont have much of a base yet. Upgrade yuor diet now and use the naturally high test you have nowIf people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

@ 20 yrs old there is significant risk of doin potentially irreversible damage 2 ur undeveloped Endocrine & HPTA. 5'-11" & 160 lbs. / 7% BF indicates ur diet is insufficient. And Tren . should NEVER b used alone. I think u need 2 fix ur diet (which we can help with) & maybe step up ur training. (we can help with that 2) And do some research, its OK 2 b inexperienced, but the knowledge 2 keep u safe (keep u from using a 19 nor alone) is readily available round here, all u hav 2 do is search.

thank you very much for the replies, they were helpful and ill work on my diet more. unfortunatly an extremely fast metabolsim runs in the family which is why i have a hard time making gains which means gaining muscle takes that much longer. As for trenbolone , i found it to be most effective (through reasearch) with less side effects based on the various articles and threads about it. ill hold off from any steroid for a while as i thought my body stopped growth at 20, increase intake of proteins, carbs, etc. and keep at the gym and really work for results, thanks again, appreciate it!

I used the fast metabolism excuse for years- u gotta eat more!! And then when u think u can't possibly eat anymore food per day- u gotta eat more!!

I dont know who is recommending tren because it has low sides, but that couldn't be further from the truth. You have another 5 years to put on 40 pounds, which is very achievable at your weight/age and experience. I cant stress enough how important diet is in this game. I wish I had resources like this at your age. Keep working out and eating, no point risking your health.

please stay away from tren , its not a toy and should not be incorporated into any beginners cycles. I know tren is all the rage since Hugh Jackman and Brad Pitts cycles were leaked on the internet a couple years ago but its gotten out of hand. Im seeing a first timer jumping on tren at least once a week and thats scaring me a bit.

another big influence on my decision to take anabolics (which i have chosen to hold off for another year) is that genetics. My family and even ancestors have all had very lean, scrawny, skinny build. both my father and mother are very thin and despite eating habits they remain thin. I have been told by not only my parents but my professors as well that have a university degree in the sciences say that i am unable to obtain an amazing physique simply becasue my genetics will not allow it, Theres a limit to how muscluar and cut i can be, and the limit is laughable. I wanted the physique of zyzz - now i know he took steroids and that i shouldnt set him as a role model but thats the kind of body i want and its impossible to get without the use of steroids.

That uneducated laziness could get u hurt 1 day. And when I say uneducated, I mean, if u think its impossible 2 build a scrawny "zyzz physique" without steroids, then u kno nothing about wut the human body is capable of naturally through proper diet, taining & dedication.

People are not picking on you here. We've all seen the same "my genetics do not allow me to get bigger" or "Im a hardgainer". The truth is, almost every case is corrected by a proper diet. Diet does not always mean losing weight, its the food choices, quantities and times you eat. A friend of mine I trained with from highschool had one hell of a time putting on weight and blamed his genetics. Yah his dad and grandpa were thin, but that doesnt mean they ate right, having a high metabolism does mean you cant put on muscle. After my friend peaked @ 160-165lbs (5'9 and about 8%) he stayed there for another year and didnt budge. I thought he was eating right cause he looked great but then wanted to jump on gear cause he says he "plateau'd" and couldnt get any bigger.
Sat down with him and seen that he was indeed taking in approx the right amount of calories, but not the right ratios or even the right time of day. Within 6 months of reworking his diet he was already over 170lbs stable and even leaner than before.
Head over to the diet section, those guys will help you out.
