Shoulder injection
On Wednesday 13th I injected into my left shoulder. Ever since it has been painful to touch and move. I spoke to a friend and they said the needle I used was too long, if this is true is the pain because the oil
Is sitting behind the muscle and what can I do to reduce the pain,
Thanks Kev
