H-Drol Tren cycle pct questions

doing a 4 week cycle of Hdrol and Tren.

I have a OTC PCT Finaflex PCT revolution black, and Tribulus. The OTC PCT is Basically DAA and Arimistane.

also have Nolvadex where i will dose 20/20/10/10. Would it be wise to dose the OTC PCT and Tribulus as well as the Nolva same time?
