    cutting advice needed: tren a, test p, anavar cutting cycle

    hi guys i just completed a mass cycle on tren a (75mgs/day), test p (100mgs/day) ED pins = (10 weeks). put on between 15lbs to 18.8 lbs.

    Anyway id like to run a cutting cycle next in due time. i want to get some definition on me.

    Pre last cycle my bf % was between 17 to 18 %. needless to say i followed a very clean diet.

    id like to cut so the next cycle, up the dose a little bit:

    wk 1-8 tren a (100 mgs/day)
    wk 1-8 test p (150 mgs/day)
    wk 1-6 Anavar (50 mgs/day)

    My question is with a caloric deficit and keeping my protein up. Is it realistic to expect to hit 10 % bf and ofcourse maintaining my current lbm, i have also heard u can gain 10 lbs of LBM simultenously on a cycle like this? is it true. i just want to have realistic expectation. let me know

    I did my best cutting with clen, T4, HGH along with Test and cardio. I went from 17% to 9%. The results were pretty dramatic. I'm sure you can get to 10% if you work cardio into your workouts.

    ofcourse i will be doing cardio. Thanks! btw what should i expect bodyweight increase or decrease overall. i hoping to gain 10 lbs of new LBM while maintaining current LBM/shedding excess fat.

    In other words say i have about 15 lbs of excess fat. If my speculation is correct my bodyweight will end up being what it is now but at 10% bf this time around? In effect ill loose all the 15 lbs of fat and gain 10 lbs of new LBM on top of it, thus total decrease in bodyweight is only 5 lbs when all is said and done. Does this sound plausible?

    This thread is not getting a lot of response because your questions cannot be answered. No one can predict the lean mass you will gain and/or the fat you will lose. I can tell you from experience its best to do a bulking cycle and cutting cycle separately. What are your current stats as of today?

    And even if your bulking or cutting you still eat clean....watch how your body looks and feels when cutting. Its easy to not get enough calories or too much when cutting
