Too young, too small in weight, and too little natural base. Also, Anavar is somewhat considered a "fat burning" steroid (profile). At 115 lbs. there is no way in hell you need to burn fat.

you're too young at 18. you're also way too light and havent anywhere near enough training experience. get a diet sorted and train hard till your mid 20's (preferably even longer). you might even go completely off training in the next few years and that wouldnt be much fun if you ended up a trt patient form potentially knocking your natty system offline by using young!

no steroid burns fat, exercise with proper diet does.

those profiles were written by a donkey and largely outdated

Eating properly is as simple as buying the food, preping the food, & taking it with u where ever u go. Nothing challenging bout that.

Years ago when I was reading this forum as a "guest" I remember hearing something about this dipshit that was big on the boards but turned out to be a fraud! Seems like I remember this was a HUGE deal at the time and people weren't even mentioning his name because he pissed so many people off. Are you refering to A.R.? Is that who wrote the profiles? If so...why have they not re-wrote them yet?

This has been talked about alot lately, I guess it would take someone some time to re-do all of it which needs to be done.

Why does it need to be redone? Lacking information? Or just needs to be current with present day knowledge?

So Steroid advice on the "world's most visited anabolic website" is largely false?

    Pretty stupid don't you think?

dec and bear were talking about it here. I figure if enough mods and vets get involved it will get handled eventually.

I hope so because I feel like a tool.

as time goes on new discoveries get made and outdate previous info. the site is by no means 'false' just that section is behind the times a tad

At 18 you should be lifting hard and eating lots of smart carbs and protein. Doing this while your natural test is high will grow you good. You'll be surprised at what as little as 6 months can do at that age but you have to diet and workout properly. Focus on heavy compound movements (squats, deadlifts, bench press, rows, dips, pull ups, cleans) and push yourself hard.

What exactly is a "small carb"? LOL!! Just joking man. I'm guessing English isn't your first language. It's my only language, so your way ahead of me. Really, I agree!!

lmao!!! Seriously (not really) if he's like the guy's around here he could get really ripped (rib bones, not abs). They all fight over who where's an XXS tee shirt and are rockin the keto diet. The first thing they say at the gym is "I don't want to get big, just toned." How gay is that. And I mean no offense to the gay guy's on here, either, They all seem pretty cool.
    Lol...It's embarrassing!!!

Arghh! I hate those guys that say they dont want to look like a body builder? F them! Like its easy?! I've got to work my ass of to stay chubby! 80 in the kitchen 20 in the gym. They dont understand that eating is hard specially when its mostly clean food. 6-8 meals a day. Always feeling like you have to take a dump. If those hollister and abercrombie and fitch boys dont want to eat, then they might as well not even look at weights, or even drive past a gym.

This thread has taken a sad turn.

Cesaro, just post up what you currently eat in the diet forum and post up your workouts in the workout forum. There are plenty of well informed people there who will be happy to help you achieve your goals whether they are to get to 220lbs or 165 with an 8 pack either one is doable with education, dedication and effort.

Several things that young slim students usually find they are doing wrong is not sleeping enough (at least 8 hours is ideal) since growth comes at night. Taking in too much caffiene and sugar, and getting way too much cardio and not enough heavy compound movements as mentioned above. Also straight guys who are small tend to be very shy about working their legs, don't be your upper body will grow a lot faster with lots of heavy legwork (and it won't make you gay LOL) as this will tax the heart and CNS much more than any upper body stuff, particularly at your age and wieght.

Good luck and don't mind the haters ;-)

110 % correct!! Leg work is DEFINITELY one place the younger, smaller guys miss the boat. And fatter guy's too for that matter. I played football when I was younger so I didn't fall into that trap, but big leg workouts=big legs=big everything else. Remember, REAL MEN DO SQUATS!!!

Now, back to the waif-bashing...lol. I live in Thailand and I also like when they say, especially the Thai people, "I don't want to get big like you". I always tell them I didn't either, but I went to the gym for a couple of weeks, took some whey protein shakes and WHOOPS!! Got huge.... Then I tell them not to sweat that one, God is watching and he won't allow that to happen. This is usually followed by them looking slowly and nonchalantly over both shoulders.....PRICELESS!!!

Sorry FFM, I'm not hating. Some of these moments are the best part of my day!!!

I was serious. It did not say so in the post.
For a guy you need to go on the cheese burger and pizza diet and add lots of protein in there as well. AAS would probably help but but up the calories and protein for 6 months and see how thst works out before you do gear.

I kick myself for not working out seriously in my teens. I wasted all the time I had that testosterone, and now I'm almost 26 using test to even get a fraction of what you naturally have right now. Just keep lifting and when the time is right if you still want to use gear in several years go for it. You'll be surprised what you can accomplish right now at your age just by lifting properly with good form and technique and eating clean and enough. Merry christmas
