    Test p cutting cycle

    I have an extremely hard time holding on to muscle whilst cutting and i dont want to shrink down to nothing just to be ripped especially since i have such a hard time bulking without putting fat on so i was planning on doing an 8 week test prop cycle EOD.

    You may be wondering why ive chosen to do this and the reason is i have a fused hip so being consistant with cardio is extremely difficult plus im sick of spinning my wheels so to speak. My question is if given a low enough calorie intake + lifting 4 days a week with high intensity, should the test help shed the fat or will it just help retain muscle. the write up on test prop contradicts itself a bit so i figured i'd just ask. thanks.

    Test of any kind will NOT cut you up....Diet cuts you up. You've gotta get you're diet right! However to get more replies to this you need to list your stats. Age, weight, height, BF%, training exp, cycling exp.

    i didnt ask if it would cut me up i asked if it would help.

    24, 159, 5 7", bf 13%, 5 years training, no cycles.
