I have an extremely hard time holding on to muscle whilst cutting and i dont want to shrink down to nothing just to be ripped especially since i have such a hard time bulking without putting fat on so i was planning on doing an 8 week test prop cycle EOD.
You may be wondering why ive chosen to do this and the reason is i have a fused hip so being consistant with cardio is extremely difficult plus im sick of spinning my wheels so to speak. My question is if given a low enough calorie intake + lifting 4 days a week with high intensity, should the test help shed the fat or will it just help retain muscle. the write up on test prop contradicts itself a bit so i figured i'd just ask. thanks.
