    Left over test e

    Hey guys first stats

    25yo
    185lbs (morning weight)
    5'10"
    10%bf
    This is my second cycle first was test prop

    I'm currently at the beginning of week 8 on a test e 400mg/w cycle for 12 weeks and I'm gonna have some extra test e left over. I have 3 options..

    1) last 4 weeks increase to 500mg/w

    2) do an extra week making it 13 weeks

    3) neither just do what I planned (12 weeks 400mg/w)

    Thanks in advance for any thoughts.

    It's up to you man. A 16 week cycle could be a little harder to recover from so just make sure you have an aggressive pct planned. You could also save it for your next cycle.

    13 not 16 week man.. I have hcg on its way plus nolva and clomid on hand.

    I've gained 16lbs. I'm leaning towards doing an extra week but if gains slow down 500mg/w would keep them coming?

    I would not up it to 500mgs. If gains slowed at week 8 you need to increase your nutrient intake. Looks like you made some really responsible choices thus far, no need to go off that track. Save 500mgs a week for another cycle.

    Thanks for the advice I recon I'll stick with 400mgs..

    Not true. Most people's gains slow around week 8-10 no matter what.

    OP, you could increase the last 4 weeks but it probably won't be enough to notice a difference.
    See how you feel by week 12 if you think you could benefit from another week then try it.
