hey again all been here before and lost old login any how

finally planning first cycle (2 years in the making lol) (edited first cycle as an adult)

please punch holes in it if your knowledgeable

Testo E 500 (Testosterone Enanthate ) 2 ml vial (250 mg/ml) gonna pin half a vial 2X each week for 12 weeks

Clomy (Clomiphene) 30 tabs. (50 mg/tab) gonna use these for PCT (only?) obviously multiple packs

planning on rotating muscle groups daily with wendsday sunday off.
concern is 15% BF is that too high gyno-sides scary lol. dont know if you all can see stats but im
28 years
6'2" tall
250lbs on the dot
been training 6 years not really pushing the limit and have job with alot of walking (5 hrs a day)
diet has been getting progressively cleaner macronutrients finally in balance thanks milios serchev
like i said please lemme know if im missing anything obvious

Don't like the PCT, look into adding nova and hcg . Checkout the PCT section and read the stickys.

2 vials at 500mg week does not come out right. Are you saying your going to do 500mg week? If your bf is 15% then I would hit some heavy cardio and shed as much as possible. I didn't have much luck only dropping 5lbs in 4 weeks. I personally am at 15% and I don't have any sides yet unless bein vascular as hell and horny a side lol.......holding a little water but nothing to bad,helps with joints. If you have an AI on hand sides shouldn't be bad if really any IMO. Id get some nolva to use with the clomid though.

Some guys here say you need to be lower than 15%. I feel that 15% is good, but then again I've been blessed in having no gyno sides.

nope 1/2 a vial 2x a week
and i thopught nolva was controlled meaning if you cant get it you cant get it

Same here I've used at 18% bf and have never had gyno sides

Nova is not on the controlled list. It is a prescription drug, but not controlled. It's easily and leagly bought as a research chemical in the US.

Gyno is very person specific. Some people don't have any problems.

Nolva in liquid form is tamoxifen , its easier to find on the google net under that name imo.
