I hope to provide enough background and reasoning for the below. Lets get to it.
Age: 31
Height: 6'0
Weight: 180
Bf: 11%
Experience: High intensity training for 14 years: College soccer (football) player.
Current type of program: Crossfit 3x a week. 2 years, plus 1-2 days of general weight lifting. *Dependent on Crossfit workouts
*Note: The crossfit I belong to has a philosophy of doing more strength training than most. Of course we will do long metcons as well. It has a better balance than most crossfit WODs I have seen. I can provide a sample WOD if needed.
Diet: Intermittent fasting protocol. I try to go as close to paleo as I can. I love brown rice, plus the occasional sushi date with the wife and a pizza. Weeks I am really strict, I have chart that coordinates the number of reps completed during that day's workout to the number of carbs I should eat after mentioned workout.
Goals: I feel I have somewhat plateaued due to a number of reasons. Age, life balance, newly married, work related stresses. With that said, as most, I want to get stronger, look and feel great. Trying to maintain that athleticism. It's clear, I do not want to be a body builder.
Cycle experience: None. I have been reading for a couple years now on therapies; however, I have only been a member for a very short time. With that said I have planned cycle. See below with reasoning.
Weeks 1-10 or 12. Up for discussion,
Test E: 300-400 per week, broken up into 2 even injections every 4 days.
Weeks 1-30
HGH: 2ius per day. 5on 2off
Pct: Clomid and Nolva: 5 weeks. still deciding on amounts
Armidex on hand
Now for the reason. There are many opinions on cycles; however, one thing is very clear. Everyone agrees to start with a test. And most would say to start with test only. I am thinking about starting on 300mg per week to see how it goes. I am concerned about pumps, etc from my long metcons. I want to feel it out the first 6 weeks or so with my crossfit.
I have a friend who is the same build but is 35 on 2ius a day of HGH and loves it. I am not trying to use HGH for strength or build. I just want the overall well being benefits to that therapy. Looking to make HGH a life long commitment. Does that makes sense?
Any help would be appreciated.
Happy Holidays and Happy New Year.
