here's how its played out. weight: 236 bulky bulky, TOOK clen, with diet & exercise lost down to 190. 1R Max before clen, for bench press was 435 lbs. Lost to 190, went from 20% bf, to 8% with abdomimals. strength dropped and muscle mass dropped obviously. but went off, and was repping 315 for 4-5 reps, but i've keep training for close to a years time now maybe a little shorter.. . Im now 202-205 lbs with same BF% that i GOT FROM CLEN. Bench press 405 for 3 reps, 415 for 2, and max 465 for 1 rep. so it wasnt hard, for strength and size to come back at all.
