Thread: First clenbuterol cycle, am i doing it right?

    First clenbuterol cycle, am i doing it right?

    Back story:
    Started lifting in late october, went on a a bulk from 91kg to 105kg(today). Haven't gained too much bf I was at 17% when started and I am at about 20%(yes gut). Now I am planning my cut. Planning to start on Jan 2.

    The regime:
    I will be on strict CKD diet all the time(no point of getting into details). Supps will be whey, multi, zma, pottasium.(cant find taurine supps, If I will get cramps I will drink energy drinks, with no sugar)
    2 weeks of this
    Day 1 60mcg
    Day 2 60mcg
    Day 3 60mcg
    Day 4 80mcg
    Day 5 80mcg
    Day 6 80mcg
    Day 7 100mcg
    Day 8 100mcg
    Day 9 100mcg
    Day 10 120mcg
    Day 11 120mcg
    Day 12 80 mcg
    Day 13 80 mcg
    Day 14 60 mcg
    Then 2 weeks of 40 minute cardio post workout, while I am not on clen(because I can't get ketoitifen)
    then repeat for 3 months total.
    The goal:
    below 10% bf, or until I am satisfied with my definition

    Any advice?

    From what some have told me there's no need to tapper your dosage and you can stay at 140 maybe 160mcg+
    I've read some people have taken 240mcg but they admitted that their clen was a low grade.
    Also you should run it for 6 weeks 2on, 2off & 2on. Drink a lot of water, taurine you can get at any gnc and also take potassium or eat 2 bananas for the cramps.

    A good dose you'll get shakey but if its to much go down 20mcg then try again the next day

    There tons of info on Clen just use the search option.

    If your clen is good, 60 is a bit high to start on.
    You dont need a set plan, i just go by the feel of things..
    Another thing i like is to take the morning dose then another dose in the afternoon which is half of the morning dose. ie 60mcg morning then 30mcg afternoon.

    I started typing and typing...and then decided to keep it short.

    My personal experience is that it is better to just diet and be faithful to cardio. Clen makes a lot of people feel like crap and it is no miracle worker.

    Agreed. Diet and cardio is best, once you got that down then start thinking about clen but dont expect too much from it.

    I both agree and disagree with the posts above. I did a clen/T3 stack years ago. I was happy with the results it gave me, and besides the headaches I had no problems with it. It didn't make me feel like crap, but then again I've always kinda liked the jittery feeling that stims give me. However, when I ran the clen I was pairing it with the T3 so I can't say for sure what fat loss amount was attributed to the clen and what was attributed to the T3. Most importantly when I ran this my starting BF% was at 14 not like the OP's 20%.

    That being said....THE SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR IN FAT LOSS IS DIET AND CARDIO!!!! If your diet isn't spot on and if you're not properly training (cardio) it won't matter what you take. You're not going to lose weight. Clen isn't Gastric Bypass. Everyone thinks it's some miracle drug, and it's not. I STRONGLY believe that the only people that are gonna see benefits from it are people already under 15% BF that have their diet and training in check.

    AND.....if you're wondering. I DO practice what I preach. I'm currently at 15% BF, and I don't plan on running clen until I'm at least 12% because I honestly think it would be a waste of money.

    So I'll say again. I both agree and disagree with what others have said. I agree that taking clen right now would be a foolish waste of money. However, I disagree that it's effective or that the sides are hard to handle (the latter being dependent on the individual) if taken at a lower BF% with a solid diet and training.

    the dosages tho for men is between 60-160 mcg per day. but this is how i would do it bro.

    Days 1-3
    40 mcg
    Days 4-6
    80 mcg
    Days 7-9
    120 mcg
    Days 10-12
    160 mcg
    Days 13-15
    120 mcg
    Days 16-18
    80 mcg
    Days 19-21
    40 mcg

    OFF- 3 weeks, then repeat.

    I lost from 236 lbs to 190 lbs. went from around 20% body fat, to around 8%. and that's really impressive. i come from an overweight family. so living proof here bub

    that's with cadio, and low carb diet.

    OP...I can promise you that 99% of the weight the above member lost was from Diet and Cardio...NOT CLEN!!!!! Just sayin.

    I popped a pill just to try it out and personally the jitteriness is great since ive always took jack3d, caffeine and other crap.
    And note I have trouble breathing being a long term ex smoker, this stuff opened my lungs and gave me the extra something while running.

    All i'm saying is read more and decide on it yourself. Dont wait for somebody else to tell u ur cycle.
    You know your body and if you get all your facts you'll figure it out.

    Diet, does play an important role in "losing weight". Just drop your carbs down. Use the clen, and the weight will melt off. and yes, sounds good to me bro. just watch your heart rate. Clen does give you jitters. it would always up my body temperature, it felt like a good 10 degrees, really. so just watch, not a drug to mess with bro. goodluck!

    Most would advise you to do 20min HIIT post workout. IMO if you want to do low intensity it would be best to do 45-60 min fasted cardio in the morning. I do Low intensity fasted cardio 3 days a week, and 2 days HIIT post workout on alternating days. But again...that's just my opinion.

    Oh and you're still wasting your money with the clen.

    lol, you need to hit a HIIT yes. but dont kill urself. low intensity cardio after workout will burn fat off as well. The clen will make a huge difference. Plus, you will be dieting. and training, which burns fat. So, HIIT is good, but low intensity cardio is good as well. my opinion

    AND CLEN IS NOT A WASTE OF MONEY. slfmade, has no idea what hes taking about when he says "waste of money" lol moron.

    I'm a newb but I know that Clen and High Intensity training is a bad combo. I will stick to 40 minutes post workout.

    To the OP. Do yourself a favor and READ READ READ. Don't take my advice....Listen to what the vets have to say. Maybe one of them will pop in shortly, in the mean time research post workout cardio and suggested clen.

    here's how its played out. weight: 236 bulky bulky, TOOK clen, with diet & exercise lost down to 190. 1R Max before clen, for bench press was 435 lbs. Lost to 190, went from 20% bf, to 8% with abdomimals. strength dropped and muscle mass dropped obviously. but went off, and was repping 315 for 4-5 reps, but i've keep training for close to a years time now maybe a little shorter.. . Im now 202-205 lbs with same BF% that i GOT FROM CLEN. Bench press 405 for 3 reps, 415 for 2, and max 465 for 1 rep. so it wasnt hard, for strength and size to come back at all.

    I wan't saying that HIIT and clen would be good together. I was saying clen is a bad idea and waste of money at your current bodyfat, and INSTEAD of doing clen, you should either run HIIT post workout or Low intensity fasted.

    A couple points/question to consider/discuss re: clen :
    If it is common that people have adverse reactions too it - why would it be recommended that one start off at 40mcg/day and within a week be up to 120 ?

    If the main liniting factor in clens effectiveness is tolerance - why the hell would one pyramid the dosages ?

    Why would one have a set clen cycle? Especially your first. Wouldnt it be best to start as low as possible and only up the dose when that isnt working? Do this for say 2 weeks - then take 2 weeks off ?

    get on the internet, ask people. thats how i've always learned how to do it. 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off. all im saying is IT WORKED FOR ME. end of convo. now i'm sick of arguing. especially since it's me getting jumped on. and noone else.

As soon as i started an account. i get picked at. i'm trying to help a person out. BECAUSE HE ASKED ME FOR ADVICE. so i was letting him know, what i did. and i dont need whoever telling me "well it wasnt because clen" ? like seriously lol. get real. i will say I apologize about my insults. but, i dont need to be the only one being jumped on. he started, he picked first.
