First Cycle,, i need advise thanks
Hi i'm not started taking cycle yet... i need some advise regarding dosage..
i want to take oral steroid for my test..
my stats is:
Height : 5'5
Weight : 98lbs ( i'm underweight )
23 yrs old
it is ok to take 20 mgs/day of diabol?

Dude at 98 lbs please don't cycle.... Eat like a horse and put on as much mass as possible. Try to gain both muscle and fat because that seems dangerously skinny. And a first cycle should be test only, but only when you get a decent base to start with.

You are a long ways a way from using aas. You need to get your diet and training in check first, then train naturally for another two years. Dbol is not oral test, and a dbol only cycle is a terrible route to take. Go to the diet and training section and start researching. Drugs are not the answer to your problems. If you can not put on weight naturally, steroids are not going to help you.

Ur stats indicate ur diet & possibly ur training r insufficient. Also, cycling @ ur age significantly increases the risk of doing potentially irreversible damage 2 ur undeveloped Endocrine & HPTA. Lets hav a look @ ur daily intake & ur training routine so we can make the changes needed 2 put some serious mass on u bro.

True I guess, just figure if they are decided on it they will anyway so hopefully I can help them to do the least amount of damage as possible. People are stubborn but I don't want anyone messing themselves up too badly.

thanks everyone for a very fast response!!!
im eating 4 times a day, and working out for almost 8months 3-4 times a week... i only gain 5lbs i think ,
**my dad is 5'10 and he's only 120lbs ..

Steroids aren't the answer, a good diet is. And your proposed cycle is a waste. You'd be doing yourself a big favor to learn how to eat correctly. I suggest you head over to the Nutrition Section and check it out. Lots of great info over there.

Fully understand Bear, i'd rather nobody do any serious damage to their body. This website changed my mind going to be a bit before i think im ready for a cycle.

That diet is severely insufficient! Y is ur 1st meal of the day @ 11:30 am? By that point in the day u should hav @ least 2 meals already down. And where the hell is the protein?!?!? Theres mor tweakin necessary here than I originally suspected, I suggest u head over 2 the nutrition section, post ur diet & goals & they will hook u rite up. Also, ur "trainer" SUCKS! Wheres the leg workout? Y only 1 Tri exercise? Wut about abs? Cardio? UR TRAINER SUCKS! U can head over 2 the workout section & get the help u need putting 2gether an effective, FULL BODY routine.

thanks.. i'll change my diet and workout plan.. i want to be atleast 120-130lbs not to be underweight.. hmmm its not recommended for me now to take cyycle until 25..?

Go to the nutrition section and ask for help because u need it badly. The workout sux too- no legs? That's half ur body u are neglecting!! And wrist curls???!! U weigh 98 lbs stop doing wrist curls please. Let some people help u with nutrition and workout and you will put on weight quickly or take steroids and u will be in worse off shape than u are now I promise.

Seriously bro, that trainer has given you terrible advice. The workout is terrible and the diet is waaaaay to little. There are answers in this form but, as a general outline IN MY OPINION:
Food:
6+ meals a day, the first one immediately upon waking (even if its a protein shake or a couple eggs)
Minimum 150 grams of protein, up to 200 grams
200 to 300 carbs a day, complex carbs only
Skip the juices
Workout:
Hit one BIG muscle group per day (chest, back, legs, shoulders)
plus one small muscle group (tri, bi, calves, etc)
Go either 2 on 1 off or 4 on 1 off, something like that. Not every other day..
Just my opinion

Just beacuse a guy calls himself a trainer dont mean squat.We have seen quite a few here that I wouldnt hire to bring in my fire wood.With that said you have all the advice you need.FIX diet and workout.Build a good base then you will be ready and you will be glad you waited.

You have to be kidding me with that diet bro, and you want to run gear? Get your kitchen time on track first. You will gain a lot of weight at your age just with simple diet and training, especially how small you are at the moment. You will grow bro. Learn to eat and train thicken up and then get on the junk. Otherwise your just wasting your hard earned money.

Everyone has given you solid advice. And we understand your genetic background. But use it to your advantage. You could really pack on some pounds and be huge. Food for thought....

He's not new, & I dont like "picking on" any1, I called him out cuz the OP's issues had already been successfully addressed & he had already voiced his decision 2 make the necessary changes 2 his diet & training, but Orangecrushpilot over zealously saw an opportunity 2 flex his "I kno mor than u muscles" after the fact & ran with it.
