    Research Questions and help on first cycle, a lean bulking cycle?

    Hi I am 26 also researching my first cycle
    Height is 5ft 9, weight 133lbs 15% bf, would like to be 155lbs and also 10% bf.
    As you can tell I am very slim I have a good athletic physique which suits me, but would like to be slightly bigger and ripped.
    The stuff available are Testosterone Enanthate , Dianabol , Nandrolone and Winstrel.
    Is it possible to do a bulking cycle immediately followed by a cutting cycle ?

    I am thinking
    - testosterone enanthate for 12 weeks
    - deca for the first 8 weeks
    - dianobol for the first 3 weeks
    - winstrel for weeks 8 to 12
    - After which I will take 2 weeks of Nolvadex

    I would also like to know about HCG which is good to use to maintain testicula size? Is this actually needed and if so where could I get some from.

    Can anyone suggest a regime and doses that would apply with what I am aiming to achieve?

    Finally a friend who has just started a bulking cycle wished to know how water intake should be changed on starting a bulking cycle ?

    I am thinking you need to head over to the diet and training sections and get that under control first. You need to build a base and learn how to eat and train properly before you jump into using steroids. They will be of little help if your diet and training are not up to par.

    You are 133lbs with 15% of body fat so what that like 110 pounds of muscle and you want to do steriods. Get the fuk outta here!!! Eat man eat.

    We aren't saying this because we don't like skinny people or only big dudes can use juice. It's true you are a on the small side of things but this gives you an advantage, all you have to do to get bigger is eat! It's that simple! Well that and train properly. How long have you been working out? I'm talking working out not this on off shit. Once you get your diet and training set up stuck with it and train hard. You will be shocked at how much you grow! Steroids aren't magic, they can help for sure but only to enhance what you already do or have. Right now your at zero. If you eat right and train right you will have the same effect as if I was on juice! Promise. It's really not safe and a waist for your at this point because if how much you can blow up naturally. Give us a chance to help you.

    Good post! everyone is a little guy at some point. You will get all the help you need here to develop a perfect diet and training program.

    I've been training for the past 3 years hard, and the problem is I am just too skinny, my whole families the exact same, whatever I eat I can never put weight on, I am the stage where I get demotivated because no matter how hard I train I am still going to be as skinny as I am, at most I can only get more ripped but I don't want that with no weight behind me first. The only thing that I can put on is fat and even then ONLY around the belly, any other foods I eat i.e. good carbs (oats, wholemeals), proteins etc. do absolutely nothing. I train with a friend and he was originally the same as me in all aspects but he is twice my size just because what he eats actually sticks whereas whatever I eat I can never put on. It is why I was thinking now was the perfect time to do the first cycle, otherwise I would never have even thought about doing one.

    Ok here is some insight. I like you was small my whole life, my nickname since HS was HappyMeal! yeah thats right the little kids meal! shit pissed me off! Anyway, I worked hard and eat and wasn't getting anywhere at all. Its hard to admit at the time but I'm sure there are others who are guilty of this, I tricked myself into thinking my diet was on point! it was far from it. Truth be told it was shit! So I fixed this flaw and Learned how to train. It was a slow and sometimes made me feel sick to eat so much. HAHA I remember when trying to bulk I would take a weight gainer shake before bed, Serious Mass, and before I would drink it ask my wife if she wanted to have sex that night cause once I drank it it was hard to keep it down and there was no way I could have sex after that! lol anyway the point is Please post up everything you eat! everything and we will take a look. Help you and get you to where you want to be. I cheated a lot when trying to gain because like you nothing stuck! I didnt do any cardio I had pizza all the time and took a shake woth over 1,000 cal everyday! Sometimes to kick your body into gaining you have to go over. Just a thought. This may seem random and but just trying to show you that although you may think you CANT grow you CAN! just eat eat eat eat and train! you will get there. The picture next to my name is me all natural! no bull. you will make it.
