Finally!!! Music made exclusively for juice heads!
Need some new music to get your adrenaline going during those leg work outs?
Well a buddy of mine gave me a cd of this sick ass rapper named J-Fyzical. The beats and his voice were so aggressive I was throwin around plates like I was on a Stenox rage, but the best thing of all is that this dude raps about juice! (ie. "if ya arms ain't 18's then you ain't thick, and you ain't ready for a GH kit" - this dude is sick!) So if anyone needs some hype music to get pumped to I'd highly suggest downloading some of his songs off his web site.
Go to www.jfyzical.com and click on the "download" link. Then click on the music document and download "J-Fyzical is Here" and "Hiphop Monarch" for sure.

I just can't work out to hip-hop. It's not "Hard" enough. So, if any of you feel the same way I do, go here for leg-workout music:
www.skinlab1.com
Click your connection speed on the lower right hand corner to listen to "slave the way". Now THAT'S leg workout music!

Yeah, I forget not everyone's a hiphop junkie like me. I like to listen to heavy metal occassionally, but mostly just hiphop.

I'm the same as Ron.. Old Metallica is the shit to work out to (The Black Album) but I throw some DMX in there once in a while to get a change. I also like to listen to Marine Cadences before I lift.. For some reason that shit gets me pumped..

This dude is soft. Looks like he grew up in Beverly Hills. M and M will tear him up sooner or later. If you want some listening music for the gym just grab any pantera cd or deftones first album...

My favorite stuff to listen to when working out is definately anti-flag. Their cd "a new kind of army" pumps me up like nothing else. Any kind of hardcore, or hardcore punk really gets my juices flowing. I can't stand rap when i work out, it's too tempting to sing along with...peace
