20 weeks off cycle, Check bloodwork revise dose if needed and repeat
I am 35 years old and have lifted heavy for about 12 years. I am 6'1 and 240lbs. Don't know BFI, if I had to guess probably 15%. My focus is to get big and strong, my last cycle was Equipoise 600 a week and Test Prop 600 a week for 12 weeks. Don't want to front load everything on day one, it is to much pinning for me and that is why I broke it up.This will be my fifth cycle. Thank you all very much.
