!!! VETERANS !!! - PLEASE REVIEW MY 1st CYCLE BEFORE I START thanks
UPDATE:
I am going to sit with a nutritionist and come up with a proper diet for me later this week. With that aside, I will only take test e for my first cycle as most of you suggested.
Question: What should I take, what mg, and how long during and after my cycle? Thanks for the advice.

I have two products that I want to use for my first cycle. Deca 300 and test 300. Post cycle will contain nolvadex and clomid. Will inject 1ml of deca and 1 ml of test once a week for 10 weeks. Do I need to use anything while im on the cycle. Please don't get too upset if my questions might seem stupid. Im new to this and im trying to learn as much as possible to be as safe as possible.
Stats: 28, 175lbs, 5'11", lean body with slight stomach, small frame, bf 16%, working out for 1 year straight, on and off for past 5 years.
Goal: Gain muscle size, then cut closer to summer.
Diet: After reading some great posts on the nutrition section of this website, my diet will consist of at least 5 meals. Estimated protein intake will be 200g. Carbs about 150g, fats about 100g. I plan on reading more into correct dieting because I understand it is a major factor in muscle gain. I will be on the nutritions boards reading and correcting my diet.
PLEASE criticize my cycle above and let me know if im on the right track. I understand that it will be optimum to use test only for the 1st cycle to see how my body reacts, but I really want to stack it with deca. Or should I use test only for first cycle and stack the deca when I start my second cycle?

Mate,
first cycle should be test only, typically e or c, for 12 weeks @ 500mg/wk
before any cycle, have your pct planned out and in front of you.

It would be best to do a test only cycle first. This is so you can see how your body reacts and any sides you get. When you add another compound on your next cycle you will be able to pin point a problem if it comes up. If you add too many at once how will you know which one is giving you the negitive sides?

Cheers on researching and trying to do this right.
Seems like your diet may be holding you up. Even your new estimated macros are a bit low. With 200/150/100 thats still only about 2300 calories.
Have you figured out your bmr/tdee? That'll help guide you on how many cals to consume.
Best of luck if you decide to cycle, but remember, your results will only be as good as your diet allows.

Thats the best advice you got here is to wait.You are under weight you need to learn how to eat in order to get or keep gains.

Your diet is in question for sure. But to answer your original question, just run test. It's the best compound and it's easy.
What about PCT? It's part of the cycle as well.

I'd go up at least 15lb more before starting, keeping the bf% as it is. I'm pretty sure you can get more out of your body as it is before running any AAS. train hard and get a good a diet and see what your body is able to reach without them, You'll have more respect for this if you do so, and you'll be far more motivated.

spend another year at the gym, work hard and see what results you get with proper diet. In the meantime do some research and read, you'll be able to answer those qestions once you do so, and you'll be on your way to properly cycle and get the most out of it. Trust me, you don't want to inject anything into your body without knowing what it is and what sides it brings along, learn from others' mistakes

100 fat, 200 protein, and 150 carbs is only 2300 calories. No one can grow on that amount.

Yep, agreed with those who say hold off at least a year. I have contemplated aas for 15 years before taking the plunge for the first time next month. I am so glad I held off when I 'thought' I was ready.
Just when you think you know your shit with food and training, you just learn so much more.
I think most people will be happy with what they can achieve naturally but fall short of really learning how. Bloody unfortunate I reckon, cos when you can learn to grow muscle and lose fat well naturally, imagine what you can do with help...
