need real help....
New to the site...have found some great nutrition info on here...her is my issue...i have been lifting since June 1, 2011.....have been on blends, tes e, su250, eq,tren ,dbl, adrol, and gh...obviously not all those together but have switched thigns up every 6 weeks and tried what locals recommended...take roughly thousand mg/week of tes, mixing in dbl, adrol here and there...did not take any gear the month of November...Dec 1 started peptide2, thousand mg a week of sus,900 mg of eq a week, and 40mg of var and 50mg of win..late
October i dislocated my right shoulder and tore rotator 100% tear flat benching...have continued to lift with alot of pain..(nightly pain pills and ibuprof),...but im still making decent gains...Late Jan i have surgery and cannot lift heavy weight for 5 months...when i started lifting in June i weighed 178lbs with 13%bf...today i weigh 215lbs with 16% bf...Im 37 and am 6'1" tall...
question is, can i do anything or take anything to NOT completely lose what i have worked for...I plan on gettting right into the gym a week after surgery and lifting legs, doing abs and core, and alot of cardio...Ive never done pct but plan on it before surgery....I cannot train anything upper body at all, so should i not bother taking any gear, or would it help me to start again after a small break? My goal is to shed fat around and be able to see my abs, but i dont know if in that process i will look like a string bean because i wont be able to lift upper body at all..Ive listened to too many locals and need some real advise...thanks for any help, and happy new year all....

I am not an expert - definitely wait for others to chime in. I would make sure you drop your calories so you don't add fat while your activity level is low, but make sure you still get enough protein. Do cardio if the doctor allows it, and don't rush back to the weights. If you start lifting too soon, or two heavy, you can find yourself injured again.
Take that five months off to let your body recover, and take a more rational approach when you get back to the gear. You are probably asking for trouble with the duration, mix of compounds, sporadic schedule and lack of PCT when taking a break.

You need to stop all gear and do a pct before your surgery. Trying to use any gear after surgery will be a waste. I've had shoulder surgery and you probably will not be allowed to work out at all.

Why were you doing all those compounds in the first place..especially if you've only been lifting since June?! You're going to lose it man. There is no way around that injury other than to stop working out for a while. Once you are completely healed stay off of gear. You need to build a base before incorporating gear into your life, or injuries can happen...such as tearing rotators and what not. This is a marathon, not a sprint.

So far so good, they seem to be doing what they’re supposed to.
