My doctor says my results are in the "normal" range. Seem low to me.
I need help. I just had my testosterone levels checked. I am 55 years old.,,,
Results:
Free Calc 74 standard range 47-244 pg/ml
%Free 2.2 standard range 1.6-2.9 %
Testosterone 342 standard range 300-890 ng/dl
Sex Hormone Binding Globulin, Serum 23 standard range 11-80 nmol/L

your testosterone is low. if you have symptoms of low testosterone then you most likely need HRT. if your doctor says you are normal he is probably not very informed on the subject. you need to find a new doctor. you should post this in the hormone repla***ent therapy section for more help.

Your Testosterone is not low. It is in the low end of normal. Most docs wont treat you unless your ranges are outside the normal range. Depending on what is going on in your life (how you feel, etc.) you may be able to find a doc who will prescribe HRT. Definitely read the HRT forum and post questions there.
