    Bicep Tear Recovery

My mma coach tore his bicep this weekend and has to go for a operation next week. Is there any steroid that will aid him in recovery after the operation? Maybe just a testosterone or what do you guys think? Hes done 2 cycles before, so hes not new to steroids . Any advice would be great, because he wanted to fight this year, but now he can't.

Check out the injury and rehab section. There is talk about IGF, HGH and??? Using test would depend more on his natural test levels I would think.

Rest & Physical Therapy. I had a distal bicep tear re-attached 5 years ago. Took better part of a year to get fully back to normal. Don't blow off the PT. It seems lame, but really does help it to heal in the long run. My $0.02...

I read somewhere Oxymetholone helps in recovery, you might want to research that.

Time and as said above physical therapy. Test or anything else will only strengthen his muscles faster than his tendons. A good way to re-inury it.

Steroids just make the muscles around the ligaments stronger..well in your buds case the bicep lol. HGH would definitely be his best bet. Get blood work done every month though while on the HGH though..strongly recommended.

I've had great experiences using nandrolone decanoate after a serious tendon injury in my right shoulder I suffered during a judo match. Cortizone and Prednisone were my first treatments, and they did very little for the injury. Six months later and half-way through a deca only cycle, however, the tendon had completely healed - at least, all signs of injury disappeared. I was very pleased.
