I'm think of using Oxandralone (anavar) by itself...(I'm a beginner and a little nervous)...Has anyone ever tried it like this? What kind of gains did u make? I saw some places on the net that claim a novice can gain 20- 25 lbs of quality muscle that doesnt dissolve after the cycle ends.

cant recommend any oral only cycles bro.(not that i would do myself)
the sides from orals are far worse than from injectables. the needle part isnt so bad either.

hey man, i did a cycle that involved needles, it wasn't that bad, made me sore in the butt a bit, but nothing to cry about, i gained 32 lbs from my very first cycle( sus,deca,d-bol). From what i know about anavar is that it is a killer strength drug, u will probable not put that much weight on from it alone nowhere near 25 lbs, just eat bro and take the anavar alone, u may gain a bit, but u should also get strong as hell, anavar is the safest oral i have read about and also plan on taking it by its self, i got the weight i want, i just want to cut up a bit and lif some huge weights in compitition in olympic weightlifting. good luck bro.
oh yeah, one more thing , the weight u do gain from the anavar should be pretty much all muscle.
hey im in your same boat bro!!!!ive been reading alot about OX only cycle........alot of good info about it on elitefitness.com do a search. but what ive descovered is that yes people do use and OX only cycle and yes you gain ALOT of strength but no you will not gain much in weight or mass. sides are minimal to non-existent and all the gains are usually kept for the most part. Dosage is anywhere b/t 20-80 mg/day but most stick with 40mg/day. Also, make sure to take creatine 15-20g/day with it b/c it seems to enhance the creatine absorption by your muscles tremendously.
in conclusion ive realized that an OX only cycle can be satisfying to someone who might already have the size they want and are looking to harded up while loosong excess fat. But not for someone whose looking to gain much in mass.
again do a search under anavar at elite and you should find plenty of GOOD info about it.

kinda funny i think.....beacuse i remember how afraid of needles i used to be. The only thing i can say is that they grow on you!!!!or at least they did me. call me crazy but i actually look forward to my injections......gives me an awsome adrenaline rush...like a pot of coffee. The dull pain for a few days is like a constant reminder of what im doing to myself and keeps me driven.
