    Help in making my first cycle ever

    ok, guys, here's the deal. i'm 21 y.o., and want to get on a simple bulking cycle. i don't know any dealers or guys that sell steroids , so i'm pretty much limited to what i can get in a pharmacy store. i can buy test prop (50 mg vials), deca (50 mg vials), sustanon -250 and possibly winny in oral form. I also have access to dbol , but i don't wanna use it, cause i'm interested in lean muscle gains, not water. Out of PCT, i can get clen , nolva, possibly clomid, finasteride and proviron . HCG is too expensive, as well as A-dex and aromasin .

    Basically, i want an 8-10 week cycle with minimum possible sides. I'm concerned about my hair, so i'm ready to use finasteride if i need to.
    I thought of getting on a solo test prop cycle for 10 weeks with 50mg/eod because it'll give me the smallest amount of sides possible. I'm looking to gain about 10 lbs of solid muscle, no more. Any suggestions or corrections are welcome.

    Cycling @ ur age significantly increases the risk of doing potentially irreversible damage 2 ur undeveloped Endocrine & HPTA. And if u think Rim & Aromasin r expensive, imagine how expensive Gyno surgery will b 2 remove ur MAN BOOBS!

    I don't think 150mg/week will get you big results..I know on the team I was on, not saying any names, they took low dosages like that with decca to help them play at 100% and not be sore or aching while competing. It didn't get them too noticeable results but it made their recovery much quicker.

    Ur participation is encouraged & appreciated, but round here our advice is focused on the safest / lowest risk method of cycling, the OP's age presents a significant risk, we would rather see him wait til he's @ least 25, & help him with a better diet & training regime 2 help him put on some LBM 4 now.

    Stats are:
    6'2", 215 lbs, roughly 15% bf. Training experience is 4 years.

    220 lbs, 8% bf. This seems to be my main goal. If i'll be satisfied with how i look, i'll just maintain. then again, if not, i'll try to add 10 more lbs. anyway, i hope i won't need to run any serious cycles to get to my goal.

    well, diet is pretty good, i guess, the pr-carb-fat ratio is 60-30-10. Consuming 4200 calories daily. I mainly base my diet on meat, milk and cottage cheese, eggs + rice, potatoes, peanuts, peanut butter, oatmeal, bananas. I also eat tuna eod. Compulsory protein shakes, too. As for training, i train 4-5 times a week. I'm constantly changing routines, so I can't really tell you an exact routine. BPress is 240 x5, squat is 240 x5, deadlift is 300 x5. That's pretty much it.

    Sh!t!! Sorry buddy, I didnt even realize u posted yesterday morning, must hav overlooked it. So, the foods ur eating look pretty good, but I'd like 2 hav a better idea of when & how much, ur body need "X" amount nutrients every 3 - 4 hrs in order 2 encourage & supply muscle growth. We will b able 2 further help if u can break down ur intake. Wut time do u eat each meal? Wut foods do those meals consist of? And most importantly, Cals, Carbs, Protiens & Fats, in each meal. Now, wut I gather from ur post where it sez "Thats pretty much it", is ur total training routine consists of Bench press, Squat & Dead lift. Is that all u do @ the gym or hav I misread?

    I eat 7-8 times a day.
    Meal 1 (After waking up): Protein shake
    Meal 2: Oatmeal, Milk, Banana
    Meal 3: Peanut Butter Sandwiches/Peanuts (100g)
    Meal 4: Rice/Potatoes/Buckwheat, Meat (150-200g), Feta Cheese, Vegetables
    Meal 5: Milk 1 litre
    Meal 6 (post wo): Protein shake x2
    Meal 7: Eggs, Tuna, Meat (whatever meat i have left)
    Meal 8: Cottage Cheese, Oatmeal Cookies/Snickers

    the timing of the meals can be different, but i make sure to have 1,5-2 rest periods between meals
    that sums up to about 4200-4300/day.

    As for training, you must've misread, cause of course i do exercises other than BP, Squats and DLs. I train one bodypart per gym session, that would be arms, delts, chest, legs+abs (i rarely work abs these days), and back+traps, so 5 days a week. I do various compound and isolated exercises. So i'm pretty sure my training's in check. I wouldn't be able to jump from 145 lbs to 195 lbs in 2 years if i were doing everything wrong, right?

    Not that I think numbers mean anything, but this is pretty good indication of you not being ready for juice and having a lot more room for natural growth, not to mention you are 220 lbs. (Obviously in addition being too young to cycle). In addition, if money is a problem you need to remove steroids completely out of your vocabulary. Spend your money on food, maybe look into a revered personal trainer (not some joe-blow who took a 2 hour exam) that could help improve your lifting form to maximize workouts, etc. Wait until you are 25+ AND it's financially feasible (everything could be purchased).

    Money is not a problem for me, it's just that original Arimidex (produced by AstraZeneca) costs like 120$ for a 28 tablets. Same goes for original Aromasin , and Femara costs even more. If i'll be able to find cheaper anastrozole or exemestan products (at least twice as cheap), than the original ones, i'll spend all the money i need. Again, money is not a problem.
    Also, how much should i squat and deadlift in order to be "ready" for gear? Let's leave my age out of this for now lol.

    look in to research chems.. you can get aromasin /adex for less than half that
