first time cylce
i am going to run test prop at 350 ml (injectable) a week and winny at 50 ml (oral) every day and then use clomid as a post therapy.
does this sound like a good mix for trying to cut off some belly fat, i shouldn't mix them both at once right ? any advice how to properly do this and see great results, i was thinking start with winny 1-6 weeks then run the prop for 8.

Ill be the first to say,
Number 1,stats,age expirence training
Number 2, if its your first cycle you'll be told to drop the winnie and just run test
Number 3, PCT is not enuff....no nolva or hcg

Read the PCT stickies in that section to familarize yourself..
u can run prop and winny together, but for a first cycle i wouldnt.

i'm 25 5'6 about 190 lbs, i wanna get rid of belly fat thats been hard to take off. i work hard all day and i been working out at night. guess pct would be nova. i got clomid i thought it would work the same as a post. already have the winny and prop. just wanted to get insight from experienced users. and what i am reading is i shouldn't take winstrol quite yet

yes. Steroids arent magic and arent for everyone. At that high of a body fat you are at higher risks of side effects. And with a decent diet and working out you can get you bf lower
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

Well we dont kno that yet, it depends on how accurate ur geuss is. People with excessive BF generally hav hi BP, steroids will raise ur BP further, which significantly increases the risk of heart attack. Also, the likelihood & severity of Gyno. r greater. U need 2 get an accurate BF% estimate.

i only have probably like 20 lbs of belly fat i could lose. prop winny and clomid is not a good start then ?. just take the prop for now ?. say if i just go ahead and take the prop and winny and use the clomid as my post. any health concerns i'm looking at ? cause i'm not running it at high doses 350 a week for test and 40 a day for winny. do it for 8 weeks take the clomid see where i'm at.

find out were your bf is now. Or post a pic and we can tell you pretty close to where you are at.
You need to fix your diet and start cutting first. Steroids arent going to make up for a poor diet. Even if you get some results you are going to end up where you started if you dont make some lifestyle changesIf people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

i posted a picture on my profile, whats your opinion. i'm not obese, i eat decent and i'm pretty active, my job is physical and i try to do somthing everynight. kinda thought winny and test would give me a boost, but if i gotta drop few more lbs before i start running it then ok

Post what you typically eat for a day
Def dont touch steroids nowIf people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

You need to workout for 5 month's straight before you do anything. You risk injury to your tendons and ligament's and cutting is all about what you eat.

it kinda changes time to time, i get all motivated go hard for a while then stop. for the last week i pretty much been eating cereal in the morning, yogurt apples sandwhiches, dinner ussaly cook up a steak or fish with vegies. so i guess maybe forget about roids for a bit and focus on my diet and cardio and pushups

Kone go to the diet section and ask for help in designing a diet plan. Sorry to tell yo no one on this forum (that is in shape anyway) eat's cereal anymore. You have to design a diet plan tailored to your calories then dial in your macro's and stick to it along with a workout plan.
