im going to keep it simple
all my mates are on roids and i really fancy it
dont really want all the in's and outs of it
im 6 feet, 16 st in weight,
go running, love the gym with weight lifting
basically i know im over weight can i simply just start and make sure i keep hittin that gym hard
i have read about cycles and so on, not intrested in that, my brother all his mates and my mates never bother and they all fine
