    First cycle sustanon/winstrol

    SO THIS IS GOING TO BE MY FIRST CYCLE. AFTER READING A LOT OF THESE POST I HAVE REALIZED THAT I AM NOT YET READY TO START. I PLAN ON WORKING HARD AND IMPROVING MY DIET FOR THE NEXT 4 MONTHS. AFTER I PLAN ON BEGINNING W/ THE CYCLE( I KNOW I SHOULD TRAIN FOR MORE THAN 15MONTHS MORE LIKE 3-4YRS. BUT I ALREADY HAVE SOME GEAR AND I KNOW IM NOT GOING TO HOLD ON TO IT FOR THAT LONG) I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT IF YOU GUYS COME HELP ME OR CRITIC ON WHAT I PLAN ON DOING WHEN I DO START MY CYCLE. I WILL MAKE SURE I HAVE ALL GEAR ON HAND BEFORE STARTING. THIS WILL BE A 14WEEK CYCLE INCLUDING PCT. Im doing this bc i want to get lean muscle, get cut and try to get BF% to 10 or lower.
    WHAT I HAVE
    (1vile)10ML- 4Test/ Sustanon250 (250mg/ML)
    (2viles)10ML- Winstrol (100mg/ML)

    WHAT I AM PLANNING ON GETTING
    AI - letrozole .25mg ED during cyle

    HCG - pregnyl
    125-250 ius 2-3 times/week during cycle

    PCT-18 days after last Test Injection
    30pills- Novaldex 20mg (20mg/day for 4weeks)
    Clomid (25-50mg/day for 4 weeks)

    DOSE:
    TEST 250mg/ WEEK ; Weeks 1-10
    WINSTROL 50mg/DAY ; Weeks 4-10


    Do I need these?????? I have read that it is good to take stuff like this bc it helps your liver from shutting down.
    Multivitamins
    Vitamin C
    Milk Thiesel
    Niacin

    ***Is this too much for a first cycle, I have also read you don’t want to take too much stuff your first cycle in case of side effects. I wont know what caused it due to the amount of different shit Im taking. Is this true??? What do you guys think???***

    25yr old male
    5'10''
    196lbs
    17.44% BF( plan on this being 15% or lower by the time i begin)

    Workout History
    Been workin out for about 1yr. Have lost 50lbs during this time. This past month I have been slacking bc of the holidays. But im getting it back in now.

    Im not sure if im getting the best out of my workout. Like I said I just want to get lean muscle and cut. If anyone could help me with a workout w/ rest plan to cut I would appreciate it. I do a lot of cardio and plan on keeping my cardio regiment, I just need something that will cut me up.

    Diet/ Nutrion
    Is not the best…..
    But I only drink water(a lot of water) and orange juice. And that’s all I drink. (except for when I go out on the weekends; vodka & cranberry) I only drink alcohol on the weekends. Once I get on the gear should I completely stop drinking???

    I only eat 3 meals a day and they are rationed. I don’t snack. for the reason that I don’t want to bulk up I just want to get lean.
    My daily calorie intake is prob. About 2500. I don’t know what protein, fat, sodium ect. Intake is. I know to a lot of you guys 2500 is prob. But I cant stress this enough im just trying to cut up, get lean and get my BF% to 10 or lower if possible.

    I plan on using these next 4 months to get into a good diet/eating plan. I know I will more than likely have to up my calorie intake bc of the amount of calories I will be burning.



    If there is any more info you guys need to be able to help me out just let me know. Any help will be appreciated.

    first off--i cant/wont answr the questions on ur cycle stuff. leve that for a vet/mod. but i can/will offer advice on the other aspect of ur training. i highly recmnd u go to the nurition section--check out the stickies. get r tdee, and macros. b/c "not snacking" will not help u lean or bulk there are other determining factors that will all come together with those that help. 3 meals @ 2500 cals aday seems unrealistic. to get lean do ur homework and read them stickies! watch the videos etc.

    nobody starts from a cycle with two compounds. i mean i haven't cycled before but its common knowledge that u need to run testosterone solo as your first cycle to experience its effect on you.

    i wouldnt worry about the cycle now.
    goto the nutrition section and read alot.
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    gbrice has pretty good cutting logs in the nutrition section. That could be useful to you

    alcohol is a muscle killer, you need to quit it once and for good, whether you're training or not.

    I have been reading all day today and yesterday, i believe i have somewhat of an understanding to at least begin my "diet" plan. Thanks for the advice to go to the nutrition forum. I am definitely sticking to a natural diet and exercise for the time being. Pretty pumped up about starting my new lifestyle. I thought i was on a good path already i was sadly mistaken but at least now im on the right track. Thanks again guys.

    glad to hear it. Post your new diet up in the nutrition forum and there are alot of people willing to help you fine tune it.
