I was talking with a friend of mine at the gym today...a very experienced BB & Trainer who basically informed that the more Juice you do...over time....the more you will require in the future.
I told him that i started out at 100 mgs per week of test...and at 6'3, 200lbs...i gained about 10lbs of muscle.....over a 12 week period.
Later...my 2nd cycle....i bumped it up to about 150 mgs....for the next 12 weeks....and then finally for that year.....i bumped it up to 200 mgs per week.
The following year...i moved up to 250 mgs (using both test and deca now) and stretching the cycle into 4-5 mths....followed with some PCT.
Now.....after doing AAS for over 6yrs....i'm up to 300 mgs per week (using various types, cyp, deca, winny).....getting little to no larger in size....but maintaining my strength and weight at about 210lbs (provided my diet is high in calories).
Now....when i go off the juice....i loose about 15lbs....and drop down to 195-200lbs...and loose muscularity and more fat appears. My diet is lower in calories.....but i've got no gyno or adverse affects from coming off the juice.
QUESTION (s)
1. Am i doing enough AAS for my height?
2. Do you have to "continually" up the dosage amount to keep or gain more muscle?
