itchy nips\lump

I'm in week 11 of 14 of a test e[500mg week] \ deca [600mg] cycle. Over the last few weeks I noticed a lump behind my left nipple. I waited to see if it got any worse before I upped my aromasin. It didn't seem to get worse but I was getting other sides [ acne, impotence at times], so I decided to up the aromasin from 6.25 mg a day to 12.5 mg a day. It's been 12.5 for about a week now and now I'm noticing I'm starting to get itchy \ sensitive nips.

What should I do? Up the dose the 25 mg/day or incorporate some nolva? Never ran into this before not sure what to do. Thanks.

i would start nolva asap.keep running the aromasin at your 6.25 ed with it . i would start nolva at 40 mg until lump recides.then bump nolva down to 20 mg for additional week.

Ok I'll do that as soon as I can but the only thing is I'm away at work until wednesday and my nolva is at home. Is there anything I can do with the aromasin in the mean time?

Not really, leave the aromasin at 12.5mg ed until you get home. I would think that 12.5mg should take care of it. But when you get home i recon do what cro suggested.
