Test E and Anavar.... need estrogen control?

I am 28, 6', and 200 lbs. I am going to do a 14 week cycle of test E at 500mg/wk and throw in Anavar at 50mg ED for the last 6 weeks. I am going to have letro and nolva on hand, but do you guys think I should run either of those throughout the cycle to prevent gyno?

personaly i would run a small dose of aromasin 12.5 mg eod .

If the estro sides get too much to handle then you can throw in the letro in there..but letro is pretty harsh on your insides! A lot of people just stick with the adex for gyno

What would be the best dose to run adex to prevent gyno but wouldn't effect gains much?

i wouldnt need it, for gyno, but i would take it if i was cutting, and id probably pick letro. It may be harsher, but IMO aromasin is weird because its an irreversible suicide inhibitor..and i dont see how your body normalizes after using it.

Hmmm now I'm not sure if I want to have Letro or aromasin on hand and whether I should run one the whole cycle or just at the first signs of gyno. Anyone else have any thoughts??

Why not use .25 mg adex eod (arimadex)

Everyone's different, some people don't convert it so they don't need an ai at all, a lot are in between, and some like me could use an ai even when i'm not on test! The only way you will know is to check your estrogen levels before and after, or closely monitor symptoms. Id run an ai to at least cut down on bloat, and keep the nolva on hand in case of gyno symptoms.

FYI I believe nolvadex cuts down the effectiveness of letro, by about 40% is what I read.

I am doing the same stack you got here except with deca as well. I have taken 20mg (1 pill a day) of nolavdex since i started to be safe.

Get some liquidex or aromasin instead. Start w/ .5 EOD or 12.5mg
