Noob Needs Help! :}
***SORRY IF THIS IS THE WRONG SECTION***
Okay, recently I broke my femur in hockey and have gone from 170pounds to 152pounds in only a few months... I'm 6'3 btw, and all my muscle is now fat. I cannot play for 6 months, and I want to quickly gain that muscle back. I'm very new to steroids , I know nothing beside from making a few internet searches. I felt joining a community of people who know what they're doing could better suffice my needs versus googling and trying to get lucky.
Anyway, I basically want to build my entire body, most importantly my upper body. What work outs should be done while taking steroids? Where do I get steroids ? Once I have some, how do I know it's legit? I see ads on this site claiming they sell steroids, are these scammers? Are they cheap steroids? Are there different types of steroids ? What do the different types do, if any? How noticable are the changes while taking steroids versus not taking them?
I know I have a lot of questions, any support & help is appreciated!

And last but not least, if ur asking wut exercises 2 do, then u obviously havnt got the training exp.

I've usually had better things to do than be in a gym all day. So yes, my training "exp." is lacking.

Train hard for a few years, learn how to eat and lift properly.. at 6'3 you should easily reach 220lbs without steroids .. After that then think about using..

OP, when your hip is fully healed, hit the weights for a few years before you consider juicing. Don't do steroids right now, they will only fvck up your body. Injuries take a long time to heal from, I suggest you eat plenty of good food to gain back weight. Also get 8 hours of sleep every night. It makes a huge difference.
