I would think sterility would be an issue.
ive done this on a few occasions...i pre-load the pins and put them in a ziplock bag...never had any sterility issues cus i still use all the same sanitary protocol for loading the pins and for the injections...
But surely once the pins an the barrels are out of the sterile wrapper then it's not sterile anymore?

BE CAREFUL!
I wouldn't doubt it if you went on google and amazon that someone sells a syringe travel case that is more sterile than ziplock bags? If I find one ill post the link![]()
What about something like this? And then put a current needle in when your ready to inject? http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B001H8...037243&sr=8-10

If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
Ah right when he said protect the plunger I thought he meant something else because I hear there could be something in oil based compounds to corrode the rubber seals? So we are talking Tupperware box fresh needles capped and maybe some bubble wrap in the box

If you don't have a nice case to keep the plunger from moving, here is what you do:
get some stiff paper (like a business card) and cut it to roughly fit between the plunger handle and grip (better too big than too small). Now just wrap it around the plastic plunger shaft and tape it closed.
That's a really good idea il be usin that cheers mate
