New member-questions about a cycle
Hello forum members.
i Have been looking trough this forum for more than a year now and i thought that it was about time that i register
I am 27 years old
190 lbs
180 cm( 5.9)
i am currently 17% Bf
I have been training on & off for 5 years,usually 4-5 times a week.
but i just took 5 months vacation (do to a bad tren cycle) but i still went to the gym once a week to try to keep me from getting any fatter.
i am currently looking into doing my 5 cycle and i have a lot of gear .The question is what would you recomend using & how?
I want to lower my BF precentege but also get a lot bigger.
I currently have:
100 ml. nandrolone deconate 200mg/ml
100 ml. Test E 200 mg/ml
50 ml. Masteron acetate 100mg/ml
50 ml. Test prop 100mg/ml
Would appreciate any suggestions or thought on this

This bad tren side,ef i had was severe anxiedy and i finally got through that sxxx now so i am ready to start again.
the main reason i am asking you is that i dont want this happening again and if there is anything that i should be aware please tell.

My english i not that good but i will try to describe the best way i can
typical day
morning:Big bowl of special K or boiled oatmeal
between noon & noon:1 Big protein shake with eggwhites & peanutbutter (yummy)
Noon:Hot meal(dependson what they are servingat my school) usually fish or meat
2-3 hours later i have a high protein milk product wich is produced in my country(doubt that you´ve heard of it) kind of like yogurt
Dinner: usually Fish or chicken(sometimes beef) with rice,potatos & salad
Before i go to sleep i have another national milk product
This is the typical day..... anything i should change??

you need protein in your first meal.
what out knowing what is in your milk product it hard to comment on it. But typically they have alot of sugar and possibly fat.
possibly another meal after dinner.
I would need more details to really comment more.If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

I am from Iceland
if you try goooogling the word "skyr" you can see this produgt i am talking about.
actually it is avalible in the us( i did not know that)

i looked it up. I dont know how much of it you are eating at a time. But it may be a good snack but def not a meal.
Also looking at different brands of it some have a lot of sugar in them. Way to much for my likingIf people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

Are you able to get pct drugs like clomid and nolva?
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

no we never find clomid here... but i can get nolva & hcg that is about it.

Not a problem
but what about the compounds, are any of them stimulating for anxiety??
which compounds should i run and at what dosage per week??

In school you mean??
i can supply what i desire to eat, but the chef in my school is very good and as i live in iceland we always have premium fish plus the hot meals at school come cheap so there is no gain in skipping them for something else.
Other meals i eat i cook myself and if i have to say so myself i am a pretty decent cook

ok well then i reckon you should use your decent cooking skills and write your self up a proper diet plan before you begin anything.....it will only benefit you man. if your wanting the best results you can get you need to do this first

you should be able to get good results off of test e only cycle.
But you def have to fix your diet first. It needs work and that is going to limit your resultsIf people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

thanks for that guys... i will shurely take that into consideration.
Does it make any sense stacking deca ,test e & masteron together??
I will shurely be doing the test e & deca, probably around 700mg test per week & 600 mg deca per week.
i was wondering if 1.5ml. of test eod & 1ml. deca eod for 8 weeks & then trade out the nandrolone for masteron for 4 weeks does this sound ok to you?? if not what would you recomend instead??

you say you have test e right? so no need to shoot every other day split ur deca and ur test doses and just shoot twice a week 3.5 days apart

You can mix them in the same syringe but at the levels your shooting you cant shoot your injections in one go as its more than 3ml and from what i know 3ml is a rule of thumb for glute injections. (correct me if im wrong)
And no you shoot both the deca and the test 2 times per week
So for example:
Monday: test 350 mg and 300 mg deca
Thursday:test 350 mg and 300 mg deca
your going to need to rotate your injection sites as well for those doses. Deca has a nasty habit of holding alot of water weight as well so the masteron will be pointless. Run your test for 12 weeks but drop your deca after 10 cause of its horrendous test supression its best to run your test for a long period. Id maybe even drop the deca to 400mgs a week

well diet and clomid first hahahaha......seriously man getting ur diet right will only make it much more worth ur while. no point sticking a needle in and not getting the most from it.

hehehe there is no way in hell to get clomid here.... i have never heard about someone having it in iceland.... and we are only 300.000 here so there is not a big community doing juice here

and you guys keep commenting on my diet wich i really think is not that bad.. this "skyr" stuff is what every single icelandic weightlifter & bodybuilder shoves to their face like they are getting payed for it.... just look at Jon Pall Sigsmarsson, who was the posterboy for skyr.
this food has actually been eaten here since the 11th century(viking food)

i would appriciate if someone had some pointers about my diet.
I eat a lot of fish, alot of chicken breasts and alot of vegatables
what is there to improve??

You need to replace that yogurt with another meal. That stuff is more sugar then anything elseIf people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

Really sounds like you should research the gear your planning on taking little better! Also what's your training plan look like?
