    Post Need Help With 1st Cycle thanks..

    Hey guys, my name is Nikul. This is my first time posting anything on any forum... Im 19, 72kg, 180cm. I'm looking at doing my first cycle as i have been working out for close to a year with perfect diet plan (occasional junk meal) training plans and rest/sleep and still have not seen the progress of what i had imagned almost as though the progress has come to a complete halt.

    I am looking at running a Test E, Dbol , Nolvadex cycle which will go something like this...

    weeks 1 - 4 Dbol (25mg per day)
    weeks 1 - 15 Test E (250mg per week)
    PCT Weeks 16 - 21 Nolva (40, 40, 20, 20, 10mg)

    What do you guys think of this? and will i be able to keep most of my gains by continuing my diet/training/rest post cycle?

    please don't hesitate to flame me, say whatever you like because im here to learn but don't tell me i shouldn't be doing it because i really feel i need to.

    well you shouldnt be doing it at 19. Your natural test is sky high. And you have the real chance of damaging that doing steroids so young because your endocrine system isnt fully developed.

    I can pretty much guarantee your diet isnt perfect. Post what you eat for a day.
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    9am - Whey iso shake/4 wheet bix with strawberries

    11am - 185g tuna sandwich on whole grain with broccolli capsicum cottage cheese

    1pm - 150g chicken, brown rice, broccolli, peas

    3pm - 4 eggs (omlet, tomoatoes,capsicum,onion,coriander) with brown rice, peas

    5pm - 150g beef with brown rice, broccolli, peas

    6pm - workout (on workout days of course)

    6.45pm - berries/ post workout iso shake

    8pm - berries/roughly 35 almonds/250g low fat cottage cheese

    9.30pm bed time

    I drink 4 liters water a day and 2 - 4 cups of green tea...

    Help is much apreciated thanks.

    Agree with gixxer, too young. Diet looks ok, keep the diet train like a mutha F**ker fir 6 more years!!!
