I'm just thinking "I've read enough to be dangerous", and would appreciate some input from the experienced people on the site.
A little background - I'm 39, 5-9, 165#. 19% BF. I worked out some in college, but my frame never seemed to grow. I did gain strength, but never size. Even drinking the 2500 calorie shakes, lots of protein, etc back in the 90's, I always hovered at the same weight. I graduated HS at 115#, was 135# by 25 and at almost 40, I'm only 165. I am fairly active, and attribute that to some of it. From scuba diving to skiing, most of my hobbies are outside.
I joined a gym about 4 months ago to increase my cardio. I've been pretty good about doing the bike 30-40/mins a day 5-6 days a week, at 90-95% heart rate (mid 150's). I've just started weight training with a friend who has done some cycles, and have really been giving it some consideration. At this point, I've done a bunch of reading and think I have an idea of what to do, but would like to hear input from you guys.
First, I must also say that I can't handle the needle thing (yeah, I'm a wuss in that dept)...just seeing one puts me to sweating and light-headedness. I thank my pediatrician for that...I can still remember the "shot days" when I was a kid.
So, I have to do this all oral.
Currently, I'm thinking:
Cycle:
Weeks 1-8, D-bol, 30mg/day
Weeks 9-10, D-bol tapering off to 0mg/day
Weeks 1-10, 250iu HCG, 2x week
PCT:
Week 10-14, Nolvadex 20mg/day
A few immediate questions I have:

1. Is HCG offered as an oral? I haven't seen it anywhere. What would my alternate oral option be?
2. Do I stop the HCG at the end of the cycle, or continue during PCT?
3. I have read about also using Proviron 100mg/day with the Nolvadex during PCT. Is this necessary? My limited understanding shows them doing about the same things?
