how much sus too take at once ?

i need 500 mg/w of sust

1. how much do i take at once, do i take it all ?
2. What time of day do i take it ?

You migth want to do a bit more research before posting this...not flamming you, but a lot of your questions can be answered in almost every SUS 250 post.

But I would do a shot on Monday and one on Thursday...or make it out to every 3 days. Then you get the effects fo all the esters in SUS 250
