First cycle ever.
Hi, I am about to start my first cycle ever. I just turned 19, I'm 5'8 - 130lbs. Been lifting for 6 months. I would like some help on what I should be taking. I was thinking just take Deca /Test Booster(off the shelf) but upon further reading I saw things like PCT and Sustanon250. I have extremely long arms about 5'11 in span and I'm tired of looking scrawny. Help would be greatly appreciated! Please tell me what things I should be taking and any other tips are appreciated. Thanks. (Taking Deca by the way!) oh and also I am an ecto can't gain much weight whether it being dirty weight or good. So does anyone have an estimate on how much I'd gain/keep.

Read up on endocrine system and HPTA. Ur too young dude, ur nuts will never recover. Plus 6 months isnt long enough to create a good base. And 130 pounds? Bro way too light for steroids . Research plenty till ur 23-24, gain weight, then think about it.

Welcome to the board mate!
At 19, I am going to recommend that you do not take any steroids for the next few years. I say this because your hormonal system is still ramping up test production, and won’t fully mature until your mid twenties. Taking steroids now will shut down your natural test production, which is not a good thing while still developing. Doing so brings on a host of risks, including ED (limp dik), low/no libido (no interest in sex with your woman), depression, high blood pressure, etc.
Having said all that, what you should be doing is learning all you can about your diet and exercise routines. Most your age know very little about proper nutrition. For example, know anything about TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure)? This will tell you how many calories you need to eat simply to maintain weight. By adding a few hundred calories above that per day, you can drive your body into weight gain mode. The more calories, the quicker you gain weight. Go here:
http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...gy-Expenditure
But you shouldn’t be eating any calories. They have to be clean and balanced, else you will pick up too much fat, not enough muscle. A way of gauging how clean your diet is, is to know the macros you consume. Know anything about that? Macros are macronutrients (protein/carbs/fat + calories). A rough rule of thumb is to have a 40/40/20 split, and If trying to gain, maybe 500 cals above TDEE, maybe more. Go here to learn more about macros:
http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...nutrient-Chart
But there’s even more to it than that. You also have to know when to eat. Most here are eating every two to three hours, for a total of something like six meals a day. So go here:
http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...ight-READ-THIS!!!
And here:
http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...s-kind-of-diet...
And here:
http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...s-by-Narkissos
do some reading. Find a sample diet, and modify it to what your needs are. Then post your “new” diet in our nutrition section here:
http://forums.steroid.com/forumdispl...RESOURCE-FORUM
and some of our vets will point out some improvement opportunities.
You should also go to our exercise section, and start learning about a proper workout routine, if you haven’t already done that.
So before you start thinking steroids, you should spend the next several years, dialing in your diet and exercise routines, and building a natural foundation.
If you have any other questions, just ring the bell. Someone will help you.
Cheers!

^^^ agreed
You don't need steroids at your age and stats you need food and learn how to eat to grow. Use what you have naturally and don't shut your system down which could result in some nasty sides you wished you never had.
