first real cycle...advices needed
200 pounds
5'8''
22 years old
12% bodyfat
2 ph cycle ran before
bloodwork all good (Doctor said it lol)
here we go
1-4: Dianabol 50mg
1-12: Test E 500ml (2 injections per weeks)
1-14: HCG 500ui (2 injections per weeks)
1-14: Nolvadex 10mg/ED
1-14: Arimidex 0.5mg/eod
14-18: Nolvadex 50/50/25/25
14-18: Clomid 100/100/50/50

Welcome malin, lookin good bro, u should stay on wut ever track ur on, it seems 2 b workin 4 ya. Cycling @ ur age significantly increases the risk of potentially irreversible damage 2 ur undeveloped Endocrine & HPTA. U should wait til @ LEAST 25.

Good base, but you should wait a few more years to cycle. Also you are not 12% bf, I would say 15.

sorry yes its a planned cycle...I have everything on hands on front of me!
I'll be 23 in 3 weeks and I understand the risks...but your advices will make me consider the cycle

Well I decided to take the plunge and run my cycle. I switched the arimidex for aromasin at 12.5mg/ed. I talked to my doctor and he'll be monitoring me and my bloodwork. We talked about the risks of using AAS at my age and he respect my choice.
I'll post once in a while of my progression but I'll work with the base I have and see where my diet and training takes me.

everything is going well. I dropped the Dbol since it made my nipple so sensitive. Now its a waiting till the Test E kicks in. I forgot to post my diet

Meal 1
2 large whole eggs
8 egg whites
1 ½ cup oats
½ tablespoon olive oil (to cook the eggs in)
Meal 2 (this is your post workout meal.. whatever time of day that you workout please make sure to move this meal so that its right after it)
50g whey
1 whole white bagel
Meal 3
8oz lean beef of your choice (weighed cooked)
2 cups brown rice
1 cup salad
½ tablespoon olive oil
Meal 4
8oz lean chicken breast OR 8oz ground turkey
10oz sweet potato
1 cup salad (green veggies please! Cucumbers, spinach, broccoli, bell peppers should be included)
½ tablespoon olive oil
Meal 5
8oz lean beef of your choice (weighed cooked) OR ground turkey weighed cooked
2 cups brown rice
½ tablespoon olive oil
Meal 6
8oz lean beef of your choice OR 3 cups cottage cheese or non-fat greek yogurt
1 cup salad
½ tablespoon olive oil

Currently in my 5th week and I`m starting to feel the Test E. I had to drop the Dbol since my nipples were out of control but the nolvadex and arimidex took care of it.
Currently I`m not gaining weight but I`m getting leaner, vascular and hard. My strenght is improving but in no way will I train my ego before my body.
