    running and track

    What would be the best steroid for someone whose race is about 1:40 seconds long? kind of like a combo of aerobic and anaerobic there. I have heard var or winny might be good.

    1:40 in track is a fair amount of time to expend 100% energy, isn't it? I used to pole vault. I ran a "fatman" race at a meet where all the field event guys, shot putters, javalin throwers, discus throwers, etc., ran the 400 meters. It was really funny to see HUGE guys running the 400m. They gassed out at about 100m. I ran the 500m in about 50s. When I got done, I couldn't feel my legs. That's just 1/2 of running for 1:40. I found new respect for runners. Var's good but most runners I know prefer winny. Winny doesn't hold any water. Give it a go.
