Rotation of injection
There has been a few questions regarding this in the last couple of days. So I'd just like to confirm if what I plan is ok.
If I were to inject Monday and Friday just alternating left and right glute is that ok. In otherwords each glute would get 1 pin per week.
Also, on the second half of the cycle, where I would add 2nd aas which requires pins 3 x week (Monday, Weds, and Fri) is it still ok to alternate between left and right glute. In other words one glute would get a pin on Monday and Friday. Or is this too frequent?
Cheers

I rotate test from L shoulder R shoulder L Glute R Glute, while rotating the equipose L Thigh R Thigh L Thigh... The thighs i move around a two in radius to avoid poking same place.... This is what I have done with no issues... hope it helps and or makes sense!

Bro wat are you doing? I take it your 2nd compound is Eq? Well not only is it worthless if you were going to run it.You needed to run it from the start. You wouldve seen this in the profile section if you looked.

I'm on Tren and Test Prop right now. I'm friggin sore from the pinning. I'm rotating six sites. Still hurts. Rotate your pins to one body part per week. You'll be fine. A little pain didn't kill anyone.

Chest n traps r the only sites not reccomended for injections, i knw people who pin the biceps n triceps n even ther calves lol. But chest n traps total no no, a guy i know injected in his trap n hit a nerve, that was nearly 2 years ago, he hasnt been able to lift a single weight since, including leg trainin coz the damaged nerve stil hasnt repaired.

It really doesn’t matter where you pin. Just find a spot that isn’t sore and hamma that sukka in there!
I have a Raider tatt on my shoulder, and I’ve lost track how many times that bloke will get it in the eye!

I have heard lots of opinions on this, and I'm still not really clear on it. I am pinning prop ed alternating between left and right delt. Am I losing some benefit from the test by not rotating more sites?

Ur avin prop every day?
U wud probs benefit from usin new sites as scar tissue build up can hinder the absorbsion of the gear.

Shooting in the delts has been shown to be less effective than in the glutes/legs, though as important as it is to rotate sites, sometimes we're just stuck with using the delt. Also, be very careful when injecting in the thighs. About a year ago I was on a cycle using three different esters of test, so I had to rotate frequently. Once I shot in the side of my quadricep just above the sciatic nerve. I must have hit one of the nerve's endings, and I ended up with a numbness along the sciatic that lasted for nearly a year. Very frustrating thing to deal with. In any case, I recommend perusing the web for exact positions of recommended sites to inject.

For people that do ed injects glutes and quads won't cut it. I rotate 4 injection sites. I've never heard anything bad about pec injections and know a lot of guys that do them, never researched it though. I do delts, tris, quads, glutes.

Indeed, check out a website called spot injections (.com). They portray safe injections at the pecs and lats. You can hit a nerve no matter where you're injecting, be it the glutes or thighs. You just have to be very careful where you stick.
