Updated stats post your ideas
Age : 19 / d.o.b - 22/03/92 ( so nearly 20)
My weight : 81.4 kg
My height : 168cm
My body mass index is 28.8kg
Aims to get lean and ripped for July period (holiday)
Diet : yet to be decided with your help ?
Workout : gym session daily 5/6 days a week
Supplements - tri trenabol (maybe stack with test /dbol )

Way to young to start aas, post in the diet section. Everyone already told you in your last thread you were too young, they won't change there minds. You have plenty of time to make big changes naturally. Get your diet and training dialed in and you will have no problem looking awesome by july.

too young, you won't be able to keep your gains without diet and 5/6 times per week is ov ertraining! get your diet and workout plan straight...
