Hi, im 38 years old and have cycled about 15 years ago. I have a decent base but would like to add some muscle and lose my fat. im currently on dr. precribed Test C. I plan on using 400mg a week. im looking for a good workout plan and diet to get me where I want to be. any sugestions? Looking for help from the pro's. Once i get a good plan in place, i will post pictures along the way starting with where I am right now. Thanks
