    Glute Injection site

    Ive been watching a lot of videos on glute injections, and they all say to inject into the centre of the upper outer quadrant. When i feel around that area shown in the video, it feels like its not even glute anymore, and feels like lower back. Is this the correct place, because it seems like its really high up. Am I just not feeling the correct place?
