First time user needs some advice.. Please help..
I am 24 years, 5'9" 160lb. I haven't worked out in about a year so I was wondering if I should work out for a couple of months before I start a test-e only cycle or should I go ahead and start. I am still in very good shape, but was just wondering if I should get close to my max before I start a cycle. My main reason for starting this cycle is to gain about 25lbs, my job requires a lot of walking and physical exertion so it is hard for me to put on lbs. I probably walk around 3 to 4 miles a day, lift and tug, and pull on wrenches and ratchets a lot. Any advice? Thanks

Mate need more stats than that? Bf%? Training exp? Cycle exp?
What's your diet like?

My Bf% 9-10. I used to train 4 days a week but it has been over a year. I have never done a cycle before. But I am still ripped even though I haven't trained in awhile because my job requires a lot of manual labor.

To be honest mate I would train naturally for a while more. At 160lbs you stand to gain a lot more naturally if you get your diet and training right.
Can u give us an over view of your diet??
