I have been on the HGH and test for 4 months. I have not noticed any difference other than libido and I sleep better. My Dr. Told me to take the prop every three days. I did do some roads as a teen 20 years ago

Is the doc prescribing you deca ? What are your goals? I would say 350mg ew is a good starting dose for building.

yes thats it...you may not want to hear this...but if you get your diet in check you should drop bf% real quick...its all in your diet plan...I didnt say dont di hgh or hcg or test...I would however save my money and drop some lbs before starting any cycle.

I AM saying dont do HGH or HCG (not that HCG has any muscle building & fat burning qualities) or Test. People with excessive BF generally hav hi BP, AAS further raises ur BP, which can lead 2 heart attack. Also, the likelihood & severity of Gyno is greater.

If it's doctor prescribed i'm guessing he has low test, low thyroid function, low igf-1 levels, so I disagree with you. I would hope the endo would keep an eye on estradiol levels and blood pressure. Forget about the deca though, be honest with you doc and let him straighten you out, if he prescribed you all that you either have some serious hormonal problems or he's a crooked endo.

I would follow your doctor's prescription and in the mean time focus on getting your diet in check, so you can drop that bf. Once you have got your bf% down to at least 15% you can begin to add other compounds.

Split ur days (Sun, Tues, Thurs, etc....) Lower ur reps to 6 - 10 (increase weight so u can do no mor than 10 reps without exhausting, but not so much wieght that u cant do @ least 6 reps.) & u mite wanna add mor sets. Dont over do it, find wut works.

I was doing it that way but I hurt my shoulder. I was told to lighten up with more reps to avoid injury I am so confused. I do not care about strength and I do not want to get huge. I just want to gain lean muscle. Except for my arms. I would like to bulk them a bit. Do you still feel that way?
