    Energy drinks

I like to drink a can of V half way through my training each session, is there any problems with this? I also drink a glass of apple juice with 10g of creatine right before I start too, any problems there also?

Man, you smoke, drink energy drinks and are on cycle? That BP must be crazy.

Concerning an energy drink during a workout seems like a bad idea. Again, BP is already high from exercise. Not to mention, dehydration plays a huge role. Should be drinking water instead.

To the OP, I strongly suggest you rethink your cycle decisions and life habits.

Your profile said you're on your 2nd bulking cycle. I hope that's your little brother in your avi.

As far as energy drinks go. I enjoy an amp once in awhile. I don't see anything wrong with using them in moderation.

Those energy drinks are full of sugar and a boat load of other unneeded stuff bro. Stick to H2o as it has the most benefit. I always look to good old vitamin B's for an energy boost without the crash.

Your not going to last long here acting like this. Xelnaga is right, if that's you in your avy your no where near being ready to start using aas. I had that kind of mass when I was 13.

So what am I doing wrong mate. I was 110kg about a year ago mostly all fat and I lost it all through giving up alcohol junk food and with alot of determination and got down to 75kgs now I'm 87 and have come to a wall bulking up. So I have decided to use aas to fill out the loose skin and feel better about myself and your telling me I'm not ready. Never in my life have I even seen a 18 year old my size you must live in a world of galioths. Anyway as I said what am I doing wrong

My diets pretty good i have nothing strict yet, I've been looking on here and trying
To make a plan but it seems everyone wants to just criticise and judge in a disrespectful way to someone who's unknowledged and trying to learn so I plan to book in on my next day off work and see a dietician or nutritionalist. Most days I'll eat eggs on toast, oatmeal or weetbix for breakfast. For snacks I eat muesily bars lunch is usually chicken breast and rice and boiled eggs which is leftovers from the night befores dinner. That's what I eat for dinner most nights chicken breast and rice or chicken wraps with salad. It's nowhere near a plan but I don't eat junk.

Just got some jacked 3d I took it 3 times, first time one scoop second time 2 and third time 3 scoops. 3 scoops is supposed to be the max dose but I didnt feel much of anything. From what ive read on the suppliment forum people seem to love it. I think its pretty much just a bunch of caffeine.

So your 18, on aas to fill out your lose skin? I can tell right there you lack the maturity and mental capacity to mess with these things. I was benching 305, squatting 395, and deadlifting 495 at 16 in sanctioned powerlifting meets naturally at 198lbs.

Well that doesn't seem so bad, I have heard that caffiene interferes with iron uptake in the body though. And ideas?

18? Lmao thanks you wouldn't have a clue to be honest and obviously you think you have a degree in psychology to make that assumption. And wanting to fill out loose skin is not a reason to make that call. And also it is not my main reason for taking aas. Can't you see many people are criticising me for being to small and maybe steroids will help that, and as for your mass lifting skills I'm unsure if they are even good mate in my country we weigh in kilograms not pounds. But as far as i know I'm pushing weight that's not to bad for my size.

Well the way I see it is I'm not here to give advice I'm here to take it and if you want respect you give respect, I've done nothing but ask questions and try and learn how to use aas in the most responisble way possible and I get criticised for my size and goals? Seems strange to me, maybe if you do not want to be disrespected, don't serve what you can't take yourself

Guys take it easy, he's just asking questions. Not everyone is going to be 200 lbs/90 kgs, even if you train 10 years. If your genetics tell you you can only be 80 kgs, then you can train all you want but you wont be that size. I think people talking down on someone cause they're smaller than they are is immature. I don't ever laugh at anyone because nobody decides their genetic makeup or if they're a hard-gainer or easy-gainer. And yes, the questions he is asking have pretty obvious answers, and I would hope that one would know the answer to them by age 25, but nothing is a given. There is no dumb question when it is regarding health.

However, if he is lying about his age or his previous lifting experience, then shame on him, but let him do what he wants. In the whole realm of things, none of us on here are that smart, cause if we were, we wouldn't be on AAS to begin with. Cutting 10 years from your life cause you wanna be swole and impress the ladies isn't all that smart ya know.

Dante did not disrespect you in any way and you had to go and flame him for telling like it is. You don't want advice, you want people to reinforce your poor decisions. You have gotten a lot of quality advice but you choose not to listen.

Thanks, finally someone with some decency. I have no reason to lie about my age or lifting experience, of course some of my replies were immature and disrespectful but what would you expect from someone who's been training hard and just starting to actualy move toward his goals and then get thrown to the floor by these blokes who have obviosuly got a fair bit of knowledge under thier belts. I have limited knowledge of some things and am willing to take advice and do things right. If I could gain more I wouldn't be wasting 500 dollars a month and using aas. And as for doing this to impress the ladies or swole up, that's not my motivation or reason I have a wife of 5 years which I have 3 beautiful children to (mind you that's pretty good considering these blokes are trying to say I'm only 18 years old) and I am happily married in every way shape and form so I could not care less what any ladys thoughts are on my size. As you can all see I'm small I GET THAT! I have a demanding physical job which takes it's toll on my body and would like to gain more muscle/size to feel better about myself rather than wasting away to nothing.

first off energy drinks are terrible for you. With a half decent Preworkout you should have no issues with focus or energy mid workout unless in the gym for 3hrs.

Also from one little guy to another you should reevaluate your diet. How many cals do you burn a day how many Cals are you taking in what are they coming from, how often do you eat, how much sleep do you get, are you giving yourself enough rest time to grow or are you on a 6 day split when you need to be on a 3 or 4?

I came up from 135 lbs and thought i needed AAS when i hit a wall but after reading through posts here ive past it and gained another 4lbs. Just chill out a bit you might learn something here and meet your goals.

I asked for your stats and you called me "officer" like some grouchy little child. If your going to be acting like a immature whiny brat you shouldn't be on here. Either straighten up and take some constructive criticism or I am sure you will be banned very soon.

Pre-workouts are no better than energy drinks. They are all crap. I've had first-hand experience with both. People still don't seem to get it. Caffeine HARDENS THE BLOOD VESSELS. There should be a sticky with half the shit I say on here. I used to take preworkouts and get super tired in the gym. I don't take anything anymore and I get the best workouts ever. No creatine, no preworkouts, not even steroids .

Stimulants, whether it be caffeine or methamphetamine, are all vaso constrictors with tighten and shrink blood vessals which is one a thing a BB does NOT want...Hany Rambod is one trainer than actually stands by this, trainer of Jay and Phil...

Yeah man, supplements are a big lie for the most part. I'd like to say that L-Arginine (nitric oxide precursor) is a good supplement, but I don't even take that anymore. Honestly, protein is all you need. If you got a good night rest and you ate enough calories the day before and the day of your gym visit, then you have everything you need. If you find yourself wanting to go to the gym but you do not have time to eat a full meal, take a scoop of protein 30-45 minutes before the gym. Creatine is crap also. Bloats you with water, raises your blood pressure, and makes your heart, kidneys, and liver work harder for nothing. It's like you live, you learn, then you eat. Food is all you need.
