    water retention....

    Was wondering if sust 250 or test e retains more water??

    Test is test. There are some on here that believe shorter esters provide less water retention. Im not one of them.

    ^^^ agreed you can keep the water retention down by keeping your diet in check.

    Agreed 100%

    To OP: water retention is a side of elevated estrogen. In my experience and what I've witnessed, the more fat a person has, the more test they aromatize into estrogen. Now this could also be because they are prone to high estrogen or are e2 dominant.

    Jim makes a valid point that you can control water retention with your diet. But if you are prone to high estrogen, you will probably need a little more. Check out the aromaste inhibitor thread by swifto.

    Its how you respond to Test more than whats worse between Sus and Tren E for water retention.

    i've tried sust only once, didn't notice any major water retention. test c and e i've never had problems with as well
