1lb ground chicken cost me 1.50-2.00 on sale. I eat two of those a day with 2 cups of brown rice with each of those. It's a rather large ammount of calories as 1lb of ground chicken is something like 850 calories (according to the package) plus the rice yet..... so in two meals i'm easilly fitting in 2200+ calories. Not inlcluding breakfast or foods between meals or shakes.....

You know what's really good breakfast or dinner (late night)? Plain wheat flakes with scoop of protein powder with skim milk. Mmmmm.
After all these years milk is still awesome.
