I am 40yo 5'9" 197 lbs approx 30% bf and droping fast. I have lost 30 lbs in 4 months with 1 month off. My diet is pretty good and I have been working out 4 to 5 days a week with 30min of cardio everyday.I want to bulk up fast and then just lean it all out and maintain. I am not looking to get hugh I just want to look decent. 20 years ago I worked out a lot and my chest and shoulders are still decent. However my arms look like Sponge Bob. I really want to get my arms bulked up fast. So if someone could give me a workout to do that it would be appriciated. I really do not care about streanth just looks.
