Hello Everyone..
Little bit of info about myself:
Age 36
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 224
Almost 2 yrs of serious lifting
BF: 18-20%
Goals for first Cycle - Bulking
Cardio 3 days a week (30 mins)
Weights Lifting - 4 days a week
Diet is about 85% consistent
Ok...Heres what I'm looking at for my First Cycle - Test E and Dbol for 8 weeks
Weeks 1 - 8 (400 or 500mg) Test E
Weeks 1 - 4 (40 - 50mg) Dbol
Weeek 10 - start PCT - Clomid and Nolva
But my question is Length?? I have been reading and gathering info for a while and I keep getting different suggestions for Length of Cycle. Some say that you only get real gains during the 8 weeks, others say 10, and some say complete a full 12. I've also read to do 8 weeks on - 2 weeks off and 8 weeks on etc. I looking the get the most out of my cycle with any serious side effects. I am really leaning towards 8 weeks, and the longest would be 10...Any suggestion, info would be greatly appreciated. Also is the Dbol length in my cycle sufficient? Thanks in Advance
